The installer was on time and did an excellent job!! They are the bet!

Hager Fox showed up on time, performed an annual tune-up for my air conditioner and got it working again. The problem with it not turning on turned out to be a loose wire in the circuit breaker - probably the result of some electrical work I had in the winter. The Hager Fox technician was dilligent, professional, and explained the work he did well.

Everyone from company brought their A game. Top tier work by Joe, the sales rep and Eric & Tom the technicians who installed the new units and removed the old. Their work is spotless.

I have a contract for about $360 a year.

The technician was on time and reasonably priced. They dryer hose was coiled up so lint was not passing thru. Good thing we had the done because we potentially could have had a dryer vent fire.

I called for an appointment to get the work done. They said they would get back with me. Never did. I called again a month later and finally got an appointment. They couldn't keep it do to the fact that the man who does that work was injured and couldn't work. A month later they did the work. They did a good job. So I asked them to do some more work in a different area. They said they would call me. No call. I called twice more; no answer; left a message; no return call.

Even better than I'd expected. Technician was friendly, helpful, and efficient.

It was a brand new furnace that they had just installed. For some reason the blower motor went out They came out and fixed it just like they promised they would. They stuck by their product. There was no charge because they had just put in a new furnace since it was only 6 months old, there was no charge.

I was expecting the serviceman to arrive after 4 p.m., as requested over the phone. Due to the technician not arriving by 4:30 p.m., I contacted them and the representative indicated that they do not provide appointment times. However, I wish this point would have been stated when I initially called. He arrived after 5 p.m.and was detailed in his review of my unit and left around 6 p.m.

Here on time, completed work in less time than estimated. Very Professional.

Excellent and professional service beginning with the salesman to the installers and to the last technician who set our Wi-Fi thermostat. Very impressed with how polite and considerate this company is and in getting the job completed in one day. The installers/technicians took their time to answer any questions we had and to instruct us on the usage of the equipment that was installed. It was a long day for the crew; yet, they completed the job with a smile and never a grumble.

Great! Sales rep. came to house to assess & recommend a few different options. Sales rep had been a service technician for a number of years which proved only too valuable, unlike another sales rep. who had no experience in the field.

Junior was on time and worked efficiently and professionally to install heat supplies and cold air returns to 3 rooms in our basement.

They were excellent. Five stars, A plus rating. The guy pulled it apart, and said this is why you can't repair it, it was all corroded. The guy was nice, and no pressure. He came, looked at it, pulled it apart, see what is all going on. Saw all the corrosion, and rust. They were really great. Both guys were really nice. Absolutely. Even when you call the office, they were professional, and kind. Which is important when you make contact. I see a lot of Hager trucks in my area. Which is why I called them, plus they were rated so high on Angie's List. They originally installed my furnace back when my house, so they knew what they were doing.

Furnace failed Sunday am, service rap arrived Sunday afternoon. Tech came Monday to measure. New furnace installed Tue by 2:30pm.

The furnace hasn't broken down in the last year or two. Don't remember anything outstanding or negative, they were just okay. They did a good job and no reason to say they are outstanding and no reason to criticize them either.

Junior spent the entire day cleaning our air ducts. He was extremely thorough and professional. Hager Fox is not the cheapest option available, but I'm convinced the quality of the job was worth the extra money.

Their service was very good. The service guy that came here explained everything well. No complaints so far. Good one to choose.

Compete furnace removal and new install. Install took about 7 hours. Job looks very complete. New furnace works fantastic. Very impressed with this company's employees. Furnace tech said he has 27 years in with this company. That in itself says something.

Wonderful! On time prompt service, courteous service service, job was completed in single day. Work was efficient & neat. Work area completed cleaned up when finished.
