Too expensive and did not hire.
Description of Work: I have been pricing out a furnace and AC replacement system for my 30 year old system. Hager Fox sells Bryant branded systems. The salesperson who came out definitely knew his stuff and was in line with the other sized systems I had quoted. However, their charges were, on average, $1,500 more than anyone else. For a comparable Trane or Amana system, their quote was almost $2,000 more expensive. If you are looking to buy a replacement system, I would look elsewhere. North Winds was a much more reasonable option and the salesperson was fantastic. We may end up using them. Check into maintenance pricing. Hager fox was decently priced for ongoing maintenance.

Description of Work: They repaired and ran some new duct work for a non-functional vent in my home. They had 2 separate people come to my home. 1 was to troubleshoot, provide a quote and schedule the work and the 2nd person was who actually did the work. They were both prompt and courteous. The price seemed a little high, but I didn't have much to compare it to. I contacted several companies through Angie's List and Hager Fox was the only company that responded to me. You wouldn't think it would be so hard to get some companies to take your money. I'll contact Hager Fox first next time. :)
