Very professional and responsive. Old furnace had died and was able to install new furnace within two days. Left many space heaters to keep house warm until installation.

We got an estimate and inspection in the summer. Decided on an 80 percent older model as we are not sure how long we will be here. Still working though very dirty, decided to wait. In Nov. it wouldn't light decided not to spend money to fix and just to go with a new one. Had had one other estimate but the maturity and personality of the salesman from Hager Fox made me feel very comfortable going with them. They had an opening the next day and said they could install the one we agreed on in the summer. At the end of the day received a call no longer available but one 300.00 more was. It was getting cold so we decided to go with it. The installer came early the next morning with booties and worked throughout the day in a very difficult space to get it in. It took him til 6 that evening with some help with a chimney liner for a short time. We were told to call the inspector who came within a few days and said it was done very well. Given this terrible winter we are so glad we had it. It seems to be a bit noisier but it also doesn't seem to run as often. Some rooms are slightly warmer and our bills so far seem to me to be very reasonable. So far we have been very happy with it. It seemed to me that installing a furnace was not such a simple thing to do and it is very important to make sure you have an experienced company doing it.

After the big ice storm of December 2013, I noticed that the furnace wasn't running as well as it had in the past. It seemed that the blower motor wasn't kicking in gear as it should. So I called Hager Fox. A technician came out and inspected the furnace as was done the previous year. But this time, he found that BOTH of the heat exchangers were cracked and that the furnace was, for all intents and purposes, "not safe to run." But we couldn't get a new furnace installed right away due to our own scheduling conflicts. So, that night, we went out and bought a CO2 detector which I installed right away. The next week, a rep came to our home and we decided on a new model furnace. We ended up going with a newer, more efficient model (Bryant Model 925SA42060E17, 96.2% AFUE, 56K BTU). I was at home when it was installed, but couldn't "supervise" the installation due to a migraine. But my husband was home. I love our new furnace and indeed, it was time for a new one. Our old one held out for 23 years. The only thing I didn't appreciate was that the techs dragged their dirty boots up 'n' down my stairs all day long.

Very well. Angie's List had a coupon. The representative, Jeremy, checked furnace operation. All was OK at the time. He checked the furnace cycle, which was OK. He removed and cleaned the burners and flame sensor.

.D. J. Kempton was the technician and he was wonderful. Very professional and he definitely knew what he was doing. He checked my themostat and about 10 other things, he also replaced my furnace filter

The furnace they sell has been a GREAT furnace for years. They did a terrific job and will always be my choice for heating and air conditioning.

I had confidence in Hager Fox already because they did a good job of replacing my furnace two years earlier. The A/C work was done on time and very diligently. Two men were here all afternoon, they had to connect the A/C to the furnace under tricky circumstances because the pipes were all under the deck. They did an excellent and careful job. I have not had one problem with the air conditioner (nor the furnace they installed two years earlier.)

The installation went very well. The price was better than the other places we called, and the technician was very professional, and the job seems well done.

Joe came to review/estimate; he told us how to optimize heating our home. Installers came and did replacement in about 6 hrs; I thought it would take longer & was pleasantly surprised.

Installation went well, except the tech did not have all the material needed, i had to provided some of the material needed, plus there was a water leak after installation.

All personnel were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from estimate to installation. We felt we received a very good value from a great company.

It was fine. They are very professional and I trust them. He told me there was one little part that I might need to have changed in the future. The only lower price I've seen was on a special.

No kinks from sales to installation. Salesman was professional, prompt and courteous. Installers were on-par with sales, and were also fast.

They were excellent. They were timely and efficient. They cleaned up everything every night because it took two or three days to get everything in. We liked their product. Their price was very comparable to others but we got what we paid for.

The salesperson was very, very nice. He came over and since we had the ultra mist installed we added an addition so he recommended that we go for a bigger size and we did that. They came out the next day and installed it. Everything went well with the furnace installation. They cleaned up afterwards.

The guy who came out, his name was Larry. He said that we don't need to replace the whole thing; but we could try to fix it and do some repairs to it. He didn't try to sell me some things like other companies who came out did. He came out and looked at it. He said he would send somebody out to see what they could do to do the repair. I called them initially to give a quote as it was a boiler. I thought it was good. The guy that came out to look at it was very good. He got the boiler fired up. He got it working and did a few maintenance things. He kind of showed me how to work it and how to maintain it. He was very good, very informative and very experienced. He showed me a few tricks. I was pretty service and it was money well spent.

They were absolutely wonderful. First of all, they were very specific in what they're going to do. We got a better quality unit for a lower price in the other quotes that we've received. They came prepared and were able to do the complete installation in one day and they're just very professional, that's what I wish the referee would have done. It was $2,900 for complete installation and my point is that when somebody was to research on Angie's List and they would see that it would cost $2,900, I've got a thousand square foot house and they may have a 2,500 square foot house. If I were to refer to Angie's List and saw that, it wouldn't mean anything to me because I don't know how big the home is or anything of that nature. They were very professional, the young men was going to put booties on to walk through the house and I told them that my dog tracks up the house worse that they ever was and don't worry about it. Their pricing was very competitive because Hager Fox is a long established top notch company here in our city and I already received 2 quotes and Hager Fox came over and they installed that unit that wouldn't run as often for less money so I would say that their cost was absolutely good. Everything was very neat and clean, everything was secured, anchored, they spoke with me before they made any move as far what they were gonna run the hose and those kind of things. We actually intend to instill a maintenance program when they come every year and service the unit. We were so pleased with their service.

Called them in the morning explaining that my furnace quit working after a power surge in my home. They came out by early afternoon, found the problem and fixed it. The service tech was professional and polite. I am very satisfied.
