Sales agent showed up to estimate a total new heating and a/c system for my residence. Only a few minutes into the assessment and the agents phone rang. I expected him to look at the phone and then put it back in his pocket with an apology. Instead he spent the next approx 10 minutes clearly doing business. The definition of rudeness and unprofessionalism. I let him resume the estimate but I never even considered doing business with his company after that. End of story.

They where helpful and professional. Things where done quickly and well.

Very prompt, and courteous. Very thorough job of cleaning the furnace and getting it all set for winter.

Joe Kinney, the salesperson, came to the house to inspect and give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and he returned our calls promptly. Overall the process went extremely well. The main wait was with the gas company coming out to install a new gas meter that would coincide with the type of generator output we were installing. With a lot of requests for installation of generators, it was understandable for the gas company's five week wait. Once that was completed, Hager Fox came in and install the generator in two days. They provided information of their schedule for the day, easy to live your day around, respectful of the inside living areas, professionalism for all workers, and cleaned up after themselves. The crew knew what they were doing. This type of generator meets our needs and works like a charm. We felt the price was fair and the work was expertly done. After researching the best generators, I knew I wanted a Generic engine and Hager Fox was able to provide that type of generator. Any heating and cooling work we needed in the past 31 years, we have had Hager Fox product line and had them do the work. They have always been excellent in their advice, professionalism, product, and price.

Everything went smoothly and professionally, even wore cover over shoes so they wouldn't track dirt in house, very happy with results

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. After that it quit working and we got somebody else to install a new one. When they did the tune up they were prompt, but perhaps not thorough enough to discover a problem we had with a leak in the system.

Technician was on time. Very friendly. Informed us that the furnace was getting older but still in good condition.

We just moved into a new house and we used Hager Fox for several different tasks, including a difficult replacement of a rooftop air conditioning unit, servicing and repairing a boiler, and installing new ductwork for an addition. Our main contact, Joe, was polite and professional and coordinated with a variety of service technicians to be sure we got a top notch job on everything. I was very pleased with the final results and will certainly use them again.

Sales person was pleasant , knowledgeable and a good communicator. Installation staff came when promised, were pleasant and informative. No problems with installations. Both furnace and generator appear to be functioning properly.

Very well. They had an appointment at 8:00 am and they arrived at 8:00 am they finished at 5:00 just as they said. Their work was great and they you would never know they were there when they finished. They also took the old equipment and disposed of it. Included was all of the paperwork and rebate forms completed by them for Consumers Energy rebate. Totally professional.

The technician did a fine job so kudos to him. However, I am very glad that I engaged this company with a small job initially. I will not use them again in the future due to what I believe are deceptive marketing practices. This experience has definitely made it clear that I will not engage them for a new furnace install that I am expecting within a few years.

Our a/c unit stopped working around 3 in afternoon. After we fussed with it for an hour or so, we called the company around 4:30pm and set up an appointment for the next afternoon. The receptionist was professional, friendly and polite. We were around that day so when Nick called at 11am to say he was in the area and could come a bit earlier, we told him to come on. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, etc., etc. Can't say enough good things about him! He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. We would definitely use them again.

But they communicated right away, and responded immediately when I decided to cancel.

From our first contact with Matthew Anderson, to receiving an estimate for central air installation from Larry Pittman, to the actual installation by technician Eric Mitoska- the professionalism, knowledge, punctuality displayed and executed was excellent. Larry came by within a day or so of requesting an estimate. He was fantastic. He talked with my husband and I about the units that he had, which unit made sense for the amount of sq. footage we were cooling, the best spot for the unit, and the prices. He took pictures of where he wanted things placed- such as the actual air unit, the furnace connection, the electrical breaker box and explained the plan to us. He didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need or up-sell us on extra superfluous items- which is hard to come by these days. Enter in technician Eric Mitoska. We had out appointment set up for between 8am and 8:30 am on June 2nd, 2014. Which usually means that someone will show up somewhere near 9am. Not Eric! He was here at 7:59 am on the dot, I looked at the clock extremely surprised when I heard a knock at the door. He proceeded to look in our utility room and the outside area where the unit would go, to assess everything. He quickly got to work and worked until everything was properly set up and installed. We needed a new thermostat, he ran the line from our basement, through the wall into the living room- flawlessly. The areas where he drilled were spot on. The lines going into the house were drilled/sealed neatly and tightly. The lines in the utility room were nicely placed and secured. He even labeled the new breakers in the electrical box. The customer experience end to end was superb. We will definitely use Hager Fox for future HVAC needs and will recommend their services!

It went very well. There is nothing I disliked. They came out and showed us what type of water heater they recommend and put it in and demonstrated how to change the settings.

Angelo, the installer, carried out the entire job by himself over 2 days. Day 1 - installed furnace and we had heat that evening. Day 2 - finished up AC and furnace. No mess.

I can't begin to tell you good it was to use Hager Fox. When the inspector came for the Township, he could tell it was their work and knew that things would be in order. I'm grateful and thankful that we went with Hager Fox and for their great service team and installers.

I had a this scheduled for my daughter and gave her the voucher. When the technician came out, she gave him the voucher but he thought it was a coupon and still charged her for $69. We called them and brought this to their attention and they were prompt to fix this and refund. The work was done just fine.

When I called, Hager Fox sent Larry Pittman to discuss my heating and air conditioning needs. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. He took the time to go over all of my possible options, and gave me a fair price on what a system would cost, and installation details. I was extremely impressed. With his personality and breadth of knowledge, I would feel extremely comfortable with recommending him and Hager Fox to any of my friends or relatives. Due to some variables outside of Hager Fox's ability to address, I decided to go in another direction. This in NO WAY should be interpreted as anything against the company or Mr. Pittman. As I already stated, they were great!

Installers were on time, professional, estimate was on Friday, install was Monday, financing not a problem.

Hager Fox has been my provider for heating and air conditioning for 25 years. I have only had good performance and quality care. Hager Fox checked to see if furnace was running at its optimal performance. Changed filter and checked all moving parts and pilot.

Good! Honest sales person describing options after examining our home. One day installation with three men that worked nine hours. Price grade-Did not search.
