The Greater Lansing Paint Company has been a pleasure to work with. I'm picky about the quality of work performed and GLPC was a good choice. Ryan was meticulous about understanding what I wanted while visiting the house to give an estimate, and delivered on what he said. The work was performed by Ryan and his wife. They arrived exactly when they said they would, took care to protect surfaces, and completed the work exactly when planned, and painted good lines. Both were very polite and professional. This is the 2nd two-story interior room I've had painted by them, and they've done excellent work both times. I "helped" by performing much of the wall preparation ahead-of-time, but I don't think that would have been necessary.

Owner and helper showed up on time as scheduled to paint the kitchen. They repaired all nail holes in walls, caulked as needed, primed and painted walls, ceiling and all the trim work. Also painted the interior of a new entry door in the kitchen. Cleaned up as needed. We highly recommend Greater Lansing Paint Company. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Ryan and Trudy are wonderful painters. They take their time and do an amazing job. I will definitely call them again, that's if they don't become high in demand. They are that good. They also did our deck last summer and did a wonderful job on that. You won't be disappointed.

Everything went smoothly. Very professional and talented painters. The paint looks terrific and not a single drop of paint is anywhere it should not be. I am beyond pleased with how well this project turned out. They have my highest recommendation!

This is a great company. I've had them paint my downstairs 3 years ago and have scheduled them again to paint the upstairs. Ryan and Trudy are very professional, prompt, and honest. They are incredibly neat painters and were done quite quickly. They also do deck care and I have them power-wash my deck every year. While the price might seem high to someone who usually DIY's painting, as a non-handy person, I think it is a bargain. I recommend them very highly.

All went well. They addressed our concerns and even painted a small area that was not in the estimate without charging extra !

The crew was punctual, professional and very responsive to the project. They were very knowledgeable about paint colors and helped us choose colors that would cover our old paint in just one coat which helped keep the cost down immensely. We would only use this company in the future for exterior painting and highly recommend them. The owner, Chad, works right along with the crew making sure their work is of the highest standards.

I write this review 5 years after the actual work was completed. At the time of the job in 2009, Ryan and his crew were nothing but professional and worked tirelessly in 90 degree heat to complete the project. To a man (and a woman), each painter was courteous while they listened to my input. The end result was a job well done on their part. I will say Ryan wasn't the cheapest of the quotes we recieved, but I was sold on his professionalism from the outset. Fast forward 5 years later: The paint job still looks great. I couldn't be happier.

It went really great. We're very pleased with their work. He came out and gave us an estimate. We setup for the day he could come to paint. He was here everyday on time. He and his wife did an excellent job. We're going to have them back to get our basement painted.

It was awesome. They were always on time. Very pleasant. I was amazed they painted everything free hand no tappingat at all. My whole house was transformed.

Ryan was excellent! He was prompt, responsive to exactly what I wanted and has great expertise. We will definitely use him again on our next painting project. Highly recommended!

But we end up going with someone else. Price were a little high....

GLPC was very professional and prompt. They responded same-day to my request on Angie's List and scheduled a site visit. They showed up on time and very professional -- a first rate outfit. Their cost came in twice as much as the service that I ended up using.

10/10/2013 So far I've only had an estimate. Since this is an external paint job, it won't be completed until spring. Ryan was very professional and told me exactly how they would do the work. I'm very confident that I will be pleased with the completed job. 8/14/2014 update Due to severe weather the past winter, the garage required a more than normal amount of scraping. He and his crew scraped the entire garage, power washed it with TSP, caulked any cracks and along the trim, and painted with a primer and two coats of paint. The front awning and trim was power washed with TSP and painted with two coats of paint. I was extremely impressed with the Ryan's professionalism and attention to detail. He did a beautiful job. I would definitely hire Ryan and his crew again.

After many bad experiences with painters, I found this company on Angie's list and he was well worth the wait! I contacted him in the Spring of 2013 and already he gave me a time frame of July/August, so plan early. The owner, Ryan was on site every day and completes one job before another is started. They worked at least a week scrapping, power washing and caulking. The paint turned out beautiful and I was so happy.

The owner came out, he talked about the paint, the company, all the work he did, what he recommended to do and not do, some major repairs he won't do and so he has referred me to another contractor to get some bigger roof repair work done. He's very pleasant to deal with. He was very good, we were very pleased with him.

Great job. Worked quickly (weather permitted) and kept a clean job site. Cleaned up pain chips and left no mess. No spilled paint on roof around chimneys and dormers. Very satisfied.

They are great. The job they did went very well. They were careful, they didn't make any messes and they cleaned up well after themselves.

They were awesome. They came a gave an estimate first, then worked with me on the price. They arrived as scheduled ready to work. We did alot of colors and this didn't seem to be any problem. They did such a great job. They fixed all the cracks prior to painting. One of the best things for me was the moved all our stuff before painting. All they asked was we move the breakables. They took our Tv off the wall, took down blinds and curtains. They then put everything back before they left. I can't say how great these people were. I was very nervous about doing this and they made it easy. Thanks so much Trudy and Ryan you did an awesome job and I have some referrals to send your way. Thanks again. My house looks wonderful.

They came when they said they would and cleaned up after finishing the job. We couldn't have asked for more.

They did a fantastic, unbelievably good job. I had two other painting companies bid on it and they were both very iffy if they can do a good job but Ryan was really definite that they could make it look really good. They were really good. They were about the same as other companies for pricing.
