Ryan is a great painter, very professional and quickly completed the job. He arrived when he said he would and was very accommodating with our schedule. He shared painting tips and did touch-ups we request. We would hire him again and do recommend him to everyone. GREAT JOB Ryan.

Ceiling repair (plaster), ceiling painting, while painting including over the stairwell. They arrived on time every day asked about doing a little extras at no cost and finish one day early. Went right to work, very professional, the outcome was beautiful. Cleanup was exceptional. I would definitely hire them again. They have worked for me before doing outside work and I was just as pleased with that.

OUTSTANDING work! Everything about this company was top-notch: not only were they highly skilled in painting, but they were also clean and thorough and true to their word. Ryan came to my home to look at the rooms to be painted and emailed me a quote the next day. I accepted the quote and returned it to him. We agreed on a date and time to do the work. Ryan showed up at 9:00 am bringing paint and equipment. He and his wife put on two coats of paint. They patched the existing nail holes except for the two that I told them I wanted to keep. They did an excellent job and finished in five hours. They were very polite and professional. I'd hire them again and plan to recommend them to my friends.

Greater Lansing Paint Co. was hired by me to Repair and paint the Front and Bottom Landings. Both Landings were in much need of repair after we had removed the wallpaper that covered all of the walls. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate the finished job a 11 after the project was completed by Ryan Conlin (the Owner). Ryan was the true Professional from the time he stopped in to give me my Free Estimate until the day the project was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family & friends or to use him for any future projects I may have.

When I spoke to Ryan at Greater Lansing Paint, he promised an awesome job and he was not kidding. My condo has high ceilings (19 feet at the peak), lots of angles, and lots of prep work that needed to be done. Ryan and Trudy did a beautiful job, and were a huge help on some color selections that I wasn't sure of. If I needed painting again, I'd call them in an instant. I'm delighted.

Best painter I have hired in 30 years as a homeowner. Mom and pop company: Ryan, his wife and nephew did all the work themselves. They spent a full day power washing everything. After it dried out, they spent multiple days just caulking everything and everywhere! Outstanding job. Then they applied two full coats on the house and outbuilding/fence, all by hand (either brush or hand roller). All three are very courteous and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I could not be happier with the result. Nice to know there are true professionals in the business who pay attention to detail and want to do the job right!

They do a fabulous job. He goes out of his way to help and gives great suggestions. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful. His work was immaculate and I have recommended him to other people who have also been pleased. His workmanship is fantastic and I am planning on hiring him again for interior painting. His prices are good and I highly recommend him.

Ryan and Chase were terrific. Great communication and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything was done by hand (scraping by hand, painting with a roller not a sprayer). They also replaced a few rotten boards. Ryan put up with my myriad of questions every day (and didn't even charge me extra!). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but hopefully won't need to contact them for several more years. The house looks great and neighbors have been giving us compliments! Ryan suggested we paint after we had new carpet installed, which we thought was counterintuitive. However, as he pointed out, we did not want our new paint job marred by carpet installers. He was 100% correct. The painting job was perfect without a hint of paint anywhere but the walls and ceilings. They were very friendly and easy to work with in the planning stages. They were extremely efficient and did a beautiful job. They were not the lowest estimate, but were the only painters who apply two coats, brushed rather than one coat sprayed. For the quality of work, it was a very good value.

We really could not be more pleased with the work that the Greater Lansing Paint Company did for us. The cleaning was thorough, from foundation to eaves. Prepping included a second trip around the house with scraping done and primer paint applied where needed. Then they did an excellent job of putting on two coats of paint with rollers. They were exceptionally careful with the trim around the windows, and they also did our rain gutters which had not been done by previous painters. They were both timely and very neat, leaving nothing for us to clean up when they were done. Our house has never looked so good! We are so impressed by their work and by their friendly professionalism that we have already recommended them to a number of our friends, and we will not hesitate to use their services again.

I contacted Greater Lansing Paint Company in August to complete painting my one story house. I had started the project myself in May 2015 but injured my knee and was unable to continue. Three quarters of the house needed to be painted with a fair amount of detail work. Ryan was prompt on our first meeting and confident he could complete the job and match the colors I was using. Ryan and his crew started the project in Oct and completed the house in 3 days. The house was power washed, seams and cracks caulked. Ryan was able to match the paint exactly to the colors I had used. The house was painted in two colors and both matched my paint job. Ryan is great to work with and did an outstanding job.

Ryan and his crew did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house, it is like new again! We have an older home that not been painted in approximately 25 years so the amount of prep work just to get ready to actually paint the house was tremendous. Of course all of the old chaulking needed to be removed as well which required an even greater level of prep work to get ready to even power wash and paint. The crew did a wonderful job with the prep and the painting itself. Due to the cedar trim and the areas of brick on the house the amount of detail work required on the house was vast and the crew did an outstanding job of duplicating the original detail work on the house. After each phase was complete, Ryan completed walk around to insure areas that needed a bit of additional care, were identified. Overall, our experience with Greater Lansing Paint Company was excellent. Ryan and his crew, from the initial consultation to completion, provided excellent service and were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would recommend Greater Lansing Paint Company for anyone's painting needs!

Ryan was very nice and easy to work with. He showed up on time, performed the job exactly as discussed at a very reasonable price, used a high quality paint, cleaned up after the job. Ryan and his crew did a great job!

Ryan was extremely responsive via email. It just took forever for him to start. Initially he said about 3 weeks. It took four weeks to get started. My porch was power washed on a Monday and the painting did not begin until Friday, four days later. The two painters did a nice job. I thought the seams between the wood and vinyl sections would be caulked, but I was told that was extra. Powerwashing and staining only. Maybe Ryan should have explained the caulking part that would take care of certain seams or if something needed to be sanded down, I would have clearly understood what I was getting. All and all, the paint looks nice, fresh. The only problem is paint peels. I hope my porch stays pretty for a few years before more painting is needed. I would call Ryan and Greater Paint, again.

It did not go well. Ryan did not get to our house for washing and painting until mid June even though we paid half of the cost in September 2014. I pled with him to cover the plants but he insisted the TCP would just wash away with the first rain. When that did not happen, he insisted that it was the chalk not the TCP that coated all the plants around the house. We removed the last awning ourselves and when the workers returned a week later, I asked again that they cover the plants. Ryan had no tarp. Ryan said I was mean and we decided jointly to sever the relationship. He charged us $750.00 to wash three sides of our house , a job that took one morning. He refunded the remainder of our deposit. All our hydranga, hosta, ivy, oak leaf hydranga, lillies are still covered with a nasty white residue that will not wash off.

Although I chose to use a different type of coating than the paint I had asked this company about, I was very impressed with their responsiveness and will definitely keep them in mind for future painting jobs.
