A crew of 2 showed up on time. Completed the job in 2.25 hours They put everything back that they removed from the window sills and curtain rods. Very friendly. I'm very happy.

Superior workmanship.

The office staff was very accommodating to my schedule and desire to be present when the windows were cleaned. Brett discussed the job and the peculiarities of our windows over the phone with me prior to the work being done. I appreciated his guidance on suggesting the extent of dis-assembly that would be optimal for our situation. I like that the office calls ahead to confirm the appointment time.

I have them on contract so they come three times through the year. They did a great job! They washed the interior and exterior. I have a lot of windows, some big windows, and tall windows.

They just perform the service well. They come on a as needed basis.

It goes well every year. They show up, they do the cleaning, and then they clean up any mess. It's very turn key.

Did not hire this company because the earliest they could come to clean residential windows was a month from now. I couldn't wait that long and called a different company, they're coming next week, same services and less money.

They were very professional and they were pretty quick. They really did a fantastic job.

It went very well. They arrived at 11:15 AM and was finished by 12:15 PM. I was very pleased with their professionalism, their work and friendliness. They washed 13 windows inside and out., and did not disturb any other items.

I scheduled to have windows cleaned and was given no time frame to when they would be arriving. So I waited around all morning since this was the first time I had used them, and they never showed, never called to give me an eta, so I had to leave and called the company to inquire their arrival. Long story short they cleaned while I wasn't there and from what I could see, did not do most of my 2nd and and 3rd floor windows! After coaching them over the phone they did get paint splatters off my two deck windows, other then that I am not sure what I paid for? I hung out most of these missed windows and cleaned them myself which I was trying to avoid by hiring them! The owner seemed nice enough and did offer to send someone to clean a window that was missed because I had left screens in, but my second call to them(admittly several weeks later while putting screens into windows that were obviously never cleaned) was never followed up on. I guess my main mistake was Assuming they would clean all the windows and Assuming I would not have to check their work. Not a good experience for me, and obviously rare for this company, not a complainer, but just ask that the job be done right and complete the first time!

I will use them again. They are very reasonable, prompt, very good, and the price is very fair.

They do really good work and are prompt. The best part was that I didn't even know they were here. Everything was done and clean.

I have used Great Lakes Windows for about fifteen years, usually twice a year. They are efficient and reliable. I have never had a problem. I call for an appointment, usually getting voicemail. I get a quick call back. They always show up when scheduled and quickly get the job done. Highly recommneded.

They were very professional on the phone and explained that they couldn't promise a day for the service because weather conditions had to be right (no rain, snow, etc.). On an unseasonably mild, dry day, they showed up to do the job. Their appearance and attitude was professional. They completed the job surprisingly quickly. I was very pleased with this company.

They are good. Their price and quality of service is good. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They were quick and did a good job. Nice people to work with. Very clean cut workers and they acted quite professional. They were more expensive than other window washers I've used in the past but they were able to get the work done quite quickly and they did not tramp all my plants down.
