This project was an awful nightmare. From the first day it was obvious the crew and the project supervisor were add odds with each other. The two man construction crew, the plumbers and electricians all acted like they had never done this work before. All the shower walls and fixtures were Kohler and none of these people knew anything about installing these products. They installed almost every phase and part of the project incorrectly. The plumbers had to come back to redo the shower plumbing. The crew could not figure out how to install the faucet correctly. The Chreograph walls were not scribed and they were cut so that there were 3/4 inch gaps to the ceiling. These panels are special order and take 3 weeks to be delivered. Their fix was to stick some moldings that didn't match and looked horrible. The towel racks, toilet paper roll and hooks were attach only to the drywall instead of the studs or added 2X4s. They are all ready coming loose. When they installed hooks outside the shower they severely damage the wall. They said said they didn't paint the wall that I was responsible for fixing the damage they created. One day they just left. They did not say they were done or even clean up. Trash, scrap pieces and thick dust was all over the our new bathroom. My wife was so upset she just sat and cried. $16,000 dollars for a trashed bathroom with horrible quality parts and workmanship. We called the owner. He did come to look at the mess his company had left. He acted like we were over reacting. He said he would have it fixed. We went 3 weeks without the bathroom. Now we were looking at waiting another month for parts, then waiting to get on their schedule. Then waiting for them to tear it all out and replace everything. What a never ending nightmare. I am still cleaning thick tile dust out of my garage because they did all the sawing while leaving the garage door open. They don't have any consideration for the customer. The project has finally been finished. I waited 2 months to write this review so emotion would not be part of the review. I find that that is not possibe. I keep having to either fix things they screwed up or call them for repairs. The nightmare has not ended.

I think they did an excellent job. They had a wonderful carpenter and a wonderful painter. Everything we asked them to do they did. They were always cheerful, very friendly and nice. They were very knowledgeable about their job. The room is surrounded by windows. The windows all roll out and then roll back in.
Description of Work: They built a 4 season room on the back of the house. They also built an entryway and hallway to the season room. On the other side there is a laundry room. We have radiant floor heating under the tile. They also put in air conditioning and a gas fireplace. They recommended a landscaper. I drew the original plans. We then gave it to a designer to finalize the plans. Granite Construction took it from there. They were able to match our siding so we didn't have to reside.
