Brendan R. provided recommendations for replacing my power cord and suggested that I contact Otter to see if they will replace my protective casing (its slightly broken) under warranty as we parted company. I won't hesitate to return to this store in the future if I need to. I highly recommend this store's services to anyone experiencing software or hardware problems with any of their mobile devices!
Description of Work: The power port of my Samsung Galaxy S4 suddenly stopped charging the battery while plugged into an AC wall plug late this past Friday evening. I performed a desperate Google search using "Lansing MI service repair Samsung Galaxy S4" and lo and behold Genius Phone Repair popped up in the result list. I noted the 99% positive customer reviews in the search results and decided to take my phone to the 6334 W Saginaw Hwy store late Saturday morning to have it repaired. I was promptly greeted by Brendan R. who immediately assessed my phone's problem, explained in detail the issue, offered a couple of solutions and reassured me that the repair could be accomplished in a couple of hours for a reasonable fee. And it was.
