+ -1 moreI AM VERY PLEASED. There is no doubt that I would purchase that brand again and suggest it to others.
Description of Work: This is not like a contractor, it more about a company's customer service. I purchased this product M97923 Holiday Lightshow with Timer just after Thanksgiving, put my lights out and was happy. Until the lightshow stopped working 18 days after put it into use! Of course I have no Christmas Lights and its Christmas day (cut and paste from my original email) and this unit, of course, went out on Christmas Eve. So after re-reading the instructions and the box, I discovered that it has a fuse in it so maybe replace it, well, there were no extra fuses provided in the box. Hence my upset email on Christmas Day. Well the customer service person Trisha Carter immediately responded and mailed me out 2 extra fuses without any problem. So my point in writing this report it to say, customer service was not lost with this company. They cared and I hope include extra fuses in future products. mine! And what is worse, you did not even supply extra fuses, so I don't even know if its a simple fix! Thanks for ruining my Christmas!
