Financing was very easy. Quality of product is excellent and workmanship was good. Roof looks great and all additional repairs that may have been needed were included with the price. No additional charges. There was some collateral damage (torn screens) they fixed later. I previously had GutterHelmet gutters installed. I would recommend having GutterHelmet remove/store/reinstall them. The roof installers took them off and did not reinstall with all the hardware. About a month later they were fixed with the torn screens. Did a nice job.

I called Erie, they sent out reps that answered all our questions and set up everything right at the kitchen table. When the roofers came out they got to work and completed the job in 2 days and cleaned the yard up very well. I would recommend Erie to anyone looking for a new roof.

I've used Erie for a new roof. They made sure I knew exactly what they were going to do and use. They recontacted me to make sure I knew exactly what was going to be done and told me to be sure not to sign off on the work until I was completely satisfied and all work was completed. They go out of their way to make sure there are not misunderstandings. All their people were friendly and helpful. I was so satisfied I've used them again for siding, replace glass door and gutters.

Erie was great from the very beginning. All of the representatives that we worked with were professional and informative. The day of installation the guys were on time and efficient. We would definitely use Erie again!

I guess I was ready for something to go wrong as I have had contract work on my house previously with disappointing results. I couldn't be happier with the results this time. The Project Manager stopped by a couple days before work started to confirm schedule and give an overview of the work that will be done. The workers showed up exactly on schedule and after introducing there selves started work immediately. It took three days to complete, 3600 square foot roof. After each day’s work everything that had been dropped from the roof was picked up, so we didn't feel like we were living in a construction zone. The workers were very polite and professional, they never even asked to use the bathroom. I never wrote a review of the previous work I have had done because it wouldn't have been complementary. If you looking for a company to do a new roof, Erie Construction would be a good bet.

They did a wonderful job, the guys went above and beyond to make my house look so much better. They satisfied my wants and I'm very thankful that I chose this company. I would definintely recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their home.

The install crew arrived and we told them that the could back their vehicle onto our lawn so it would be easier to get to our roof as it is not easy from the driveway. They did not want to do that and they carried the shingles across the yard and up to the roof top. They were very careful about not damaging anything on our home or in the yard. The were working a few hours and I walked outside to look and the front of the house was nearly complete. I was amazed. They asked if we wanted them to finish it that day or if they could come back the next day. I told them whichever they preferred. They opted to come back the next day. We left for a few hours to go grocery shopping and when we arrived at home they were nearly done. When they finished up, they left the yard as it was when they came, the job was finished and the roof looked awesome. The roof itself is beautiful and it seems that our home was much cooler throughout the summer months and is very, very quiet when it rains. We are so pleased with this roof and knowing that it will be our last roof replacement,

Excellent work and professionalism. The lead of the project was very informative and explained anything I had questions for. He made sure they cleaned up as much as possible each evening. The workmanship is beautiful. While I was at work several people stopped at the house to admire the new color. One day someone even asked if they were planning to sell the house! He had to explain to them he wasn't the owner :) I'm looking forward to the additional insulation this siding provides to my home. No more cold exterior walls and I expect my heating/cooling bills to be reduced.

I had a great experience with all employees I had contact with in this process. I had 4 new windows installed. Two of them were big picture windows. The old windows was taken out and new put in right away. As the contractor worked he cleaned up debris right away. I appreciate this because the debris was not then ground into my carpet. All the employees involved were very pleasant and friendly. The final produce is very professional looking. The caulking job is superb. They went the the extra step to make the project extra nice.

We replaced our old bathtub with a shower conversion. Erie Construction was great to work with starting with the sales person to help us determine what suited our needs best, to only waiting a few weeks for the items to be made, to the installers. The installers were very knowledgeable, respectful, and left our home in very good condition. Erie had earlier done a facelift on the outside of our home with siding our garage and window trim and shutters on the house. We were very satisfied with this project and were not hesitant to go ahead and do the shower conversion. If we need other projects done to our home, we will probably go with Erie and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Every person we dealt with from the beginning to the finished installation were very professional and pleasant to work with. The project was completed on time, and the windows look and work great. I would recommend Erie Construction.

Due to some cancellation issues, we actually had the sales manager end up coming to talk with us. He was very knowledgeable and wanted to work with us. We did not want to do the picture window at first due to its size and being unhappy with most replacement options. He did show us a window style that preserved much of the original character of the window. I'm sure it also made the job worth their time. It also meant that this set of windows would be the last single panes in the house. The installers came when the said they would and worked quickly. They paid attention and checked the window from and surrounding siding for water damage, which is not uncommon in window installs. They installed the windows, air gap sealed them, and installed trim to help match the existing frame. They also VERY GOOD WORK! This is actually the second set of windows we have had them do. So I would recommend them to someone. The other windows we had done are about two years old at this point and still open and close as they did the first day. So I can also attest that their work holds up.

They were prompt- arrived even earlier than promised. I trusted them alone in my home each day. They were very careful not to make a mess. They did the whole project in less than 4 days. And they were nice to our cats.

They did a great job. They are on time with their appointments. They keep their word. They do a very good cleanup.

Spent two and half hours talking about siding and their company and measuring and then gave us a flat figure of $30,000.00 for the cost of siding our house. No break out of costs. Nothing. Just a number. That number was 20% of the value of the house. Needless to say, it did not go.

They were prompt and on time in everything that they do. They were more expensive than I wanted them to be but they did everything they promised.

Turns out, we already had insulation in the wall and did not need more. All the other things they wanted to do were "upsell". Interestingly, the longer we sat at the table and did not go with the pricing, the lower the price became. They left their folder of blank forms here and have not been back or even called.

The men that did the work were nice enough, but towards the end of the job, they were getting sloppy. On the last day, they worked until nightfall in the rain, rushing to get it done. I walked around with the head guy and pointed out a few areas that needed attention (gaps underneath windows, places where trim was already starting to come off because it wasn't fastened securely). He had to leave a ladder in our backyard and promised that when he returned to get the ladder in a couple of days, he would take care of these last few things. He came back about a week later, at about 6:30 in the morning, in the dark, grabbed the ladder and left, never to be heard from again. Finally, a month later, after filling out a negative survey, a representative named Connie called me to get my story. She apologized and said that 'Kurt' would be out to take care of everything. This was on Monday, November 18th. We are now well into the month of January and I never did hear from 'Kurt', nor did anybody ever come out to resolve the issues. I am extremely disappointed in this company and have told everyone I know to avoid their services.

It took some time but they did an excellent job. There was designing, painting and plastering involved along with electrical work. All the workers were professional and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with everyone's work and would use Erie Construction again.

Very streamlined process start to finish. No complaints at all

Their entire package was waaaaay overpriced. I wish I had checked Angie's List before I agreed to the job! An attic fan can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot for a few hundred dollars, and I paid 4 thousand! The foil insulation barely reduced my gas & electric bill by 5%, let alone the 22%-30% (IIRC) that they claimed. The foil layer is so worthless that the utility company won't even count it as an "energy improvement" for their energy rebate program. The attic fan died after less than 2 years of use! The only good part about the project is the vendor that makes the fan stands behind their product, and they shipped me a new fan, free of charge. I will install it myself next weekend rather than deal with Erie again. Oh, and one more thing. Once you become their customer, they will constantly harass you with phone calls, trying to sell you more of their products and services. No thanks!
