The service technician texted me to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very kind and courteous explaining what he would be doing and how long it should take. He put booty slippers on when entering my home. When he was finished he summarized his work. I appreciated all the respectfulness and kindness plus the professionalism in their work.

Doty Mechanical was professional and friendly as the water heater was installed the in the basement. We were notified in plenty of time before they arrived. The installation looks great and works perfectly. They cleaned up afterward and gave me a little run down on lighting the pilot and some general maintenance. I recommend them to anyone.

After long consideration to complete the project myself, I had a final estimate completed by Doty. Pete arrived and provided the quote. A couple of weeks later we decided to have Doty Mechanical complete the job. Best decision ever on our part. Work was completed in a professional and timely manner. No problems and job was completed efficiently. They did fantastic work and we are completely satisfied. Darren and Nick did a fantastic job and saved me time, energy and frustration. Competitively priced and quality work. Gas line and vent were reworked to code and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks to Doty Mechanical for a great experience.

Made a call at 8am. Service technician arrived on time at noon and problem was solved AND fixed within a half hour. Technician was polite, kind, neat and clean but also got down to business quickly. Best part was... he had the part on his truck so there was no back and forth!

Took about an hour, everything seems to be working great now!

In a pinch last night and in cold weather, my newer furnace was suddenly not functional so I was forced to reach out to Doty after hours. Clayton answered my call and patiently walked me through multiple steps to correct the issue. With newborn babies in the home, the loss of heat required urgent attention and Clayton exceeded my expectations. Although this newer equipment in a newer home was installed by another local HVAC company, I knew Doty from previous experience living in the area and was confident superior service would be provided. I will certainly reach out to Doty first for future issues. Thank you again, Clayton!

We were happy with the price, it was fair. Every aspect of the work they did was perfect. The equipment they installed was excellent. We really were happy with them. We looked at a lot of furnace provider and we were happy how they did the service for us. Its a local company, not part of a chain.

Went great. I had a total of 5 quotes and Doty had the best one and offered the Carrier A/C I wanted. Punctual, professional and kept everything clean. It took me a while to do the job from the time of the quote due to other expenses but he kept it at the same price. If I need anything else in the future I’ll definitely contact them.

When the bigger more established companies were unable to meet our needs, these guys were right there ready to go. Did a good job.

Heath came out to give me the preliminary estimate and offered a lot of great info besides. I decided to proceed and a crew showed up on time and were respectful and offered to answer any and all questions. My install was quite straight forward so they finished mid-day and cleaned up nicely and were on their way. I got what I believed was the best heater unit on the market (Bradford-White) installed for a very competitive price. Noticed immediate improvement to my hot water system. Would not hesitate to work with Doty Mechanical on other projects. My thanks to the entire team.

Very well. Did a diagnosis on the electrical and checked freon levels. Found a dead frog inside the control panel and removed it. also checked the capacitor for continuity and function. When he was finished the AC was working again. :-)

Useless. It is best not to contact this company if you don't want to deal with useless customer service.

Great! the guys were friendly knowledgeable. They laid tarp down to keep the floor clean. The were also worked fast and quiet.

They came when they said they were going to come. The work was done well and professional. The worker was fine.

They were professional and friendly, I just think I bought the wrong product from them. They say it was the correct furnace, I think it was to big. They attempted to fix the old furnace. They helped me as much as they could.

My furnace and ac are over 30 years old. I will replace them but it is expensive; about $6000. The quality of ac today is so poor compared to 25 years ago. I would use them again.
