+ 0 moreThey are not true to their word. They do not follow through with what they say they will. I purchased a two year contract and the first year I was paying $53 a month. Now it is $90 a month after the first year. I called and complained and they dropped it down to $80 per month and that is only for basic cable TV. They said that if I dropped the Big 10 Network they would drop $5.00 off the cost. I don't feel like that is right. They also said they should have been charging me $10 for the Big 10 Network, but were giving me a $5.00 credit for the first year. They also came out to fix my cable when I first signed up. Everything was wrong and nothing worked. I went through two months of watching TV that was pixellated and locking up. They put a new dish on the house and installed two new hoppers. They apologized, but then charged me $172 for fixing the problem. I didn't pay that since it was their equipment and their fault. They never installed it right in the first place. I want other people to know before signing up with this company.
