Deck Solutions kept us informed of what they would do, how they were going to do the job, when they would be on the job and then did what they said they would do. The quality of the work was excellent and you sense how much pride they take in their business. I would do business with them again without a doubt!

Deck Solutions did a wonderful job. We contacted Ryan the first of April and he came out to our condo the next week. He gave us the price and we asked if it would be done by Memorial Day weekend, he practically guaranteed us it would. It looked iffy only because we were having so much rain, but he came through for us. Powerwashed on May13th. He was very patient with us as we kept changing our minds on the color but finally we found a color we liked and they stained it on May 22nd. The deck looks beautiful. They did a very neat professional job. We were able to entertain on our deck the holiday weekend and receive lots of complements. We definitely will use Deck Solutions in the future.

My wife and I thought the original stain color suggested would be too dark, so we were happy to find that the percentage of pigment could be changed to give us the shade we wanted. Job went smoothly and we were completely satisfied with our transformed 'new' fence. We would definitely re-hire Deck Solutions again.

They were spectacular. My deck is about 13 years old. When they came to clean it they weren't sure whether they could re-stain or if I needed a solid stain, a semi-transparent verses a solid. It is a couple, a husband and wife, and they have assistants. The husband came out originally and thought I could put on a semi-transparent but when his wife came with the crew to clean it they realized after getting all the "gunck" off I would probably have to go with a solid. He helped me over the phone pick the color because I was having a really hard time. He walked me thorough it and told me how to take the paint chips off and on of the samples they gave me. It just came out spectacular. They were on time, very clean, very professional and did every they said for the price, which was very reasonable for all the work they did. I was extremely happy with them. I haven't had as good as experience with a contractor or service provider in quite some time. They were just really good. I shopped around and the price was a good value. I am going to get them to do my maintenance.

I got about 12 estimates (no kidding!) and Deck Solutions wasabsolutely oneof the most sound and reasonably priced. Very pleasant to talk with, very honest and straightforward, worked our job into schedule promptly and performed it in a timely manner. Also, offers optional yearly maintenance program to help maintain deck. Will definitely contact them again the next time I need our deck done!!!! They did an excellent job!

Working with Ryan, Trudy and their staff at Deck Solutions was a pleasant change from many of our experiences with hired contractors. From the beginning, Ryan was communicative, personal, and thorough. He visited our home personally to provide an estimate, review stain options, and assess our decks. Our home has a very large, elevated, rear deck with railing and stairs, a wrap-around front porch, and a small porch off our garage. The $1,150 included powerwashing of all these surfaces, and staining by brush. I realize that's not a cheap price tag, but for the amount of work involved, the efficiency of Deck Solutions' staff, and their attention to detail, we think it was worth it. My husband and I never could have done all that ourselves in one summer, especially considering how often we are out of town on weekends, and that we have a small child. Additionally, Ryan was honest with us about not having an exact timeline for staining our decks, because of course, weather plays a big role. We were OK with that and told him we weren't in a rush anyway so long as it got done this summer. They powerwashed our deck surfaces during damp, cloudy weather and after about a week of ample drying time, returned so they could finish staining during reliably dry weather. Also, we have a heavy gas grill that sits on our elevated deck. My husband and I were going to move it before Deck Solutions came to stain, but failed to do so before we left town for the holiday weekend. When we returned, Deck Solutions had already begun work on the deck, but kindly moved the grill for us! I recommend Deck Solutions for powerwashing and staining. I understand they also run a paint company, so we may follow up with them in the future for some painting work as well!

They were professional, they just had a pretty high estimate. We ended up going with someone else. I would not use this company in the future.

The powerwashing lifted off a lot of the years of dirt and mold that had set in over time. After the powerwashing they let the decks thoroughly dry before applying the stain/sealant. Project went well and the decks looked fantastic when finished.
