+ -1 moreThey found the leak and wanted to charge $300 - $500 to fix the leak. They said that the flooring was severely damaged and would have to be replaced, which they could do at a cost of $1500 to $2000. They could then fix the leak for $130 instead of $300-$500. At this point I said I would need to have another opinion before I spent that kind of money. They then said there was a service fee of $70 dollars that I had to pay. No one told me beforehand that there was a service fee to just come out and look at it and provide an estimate. The next company I called came out and fixed the leak which only cost me $120 with no other issues found.
Description of Work: A service call to come out and look at a leak that I had under the house.
