Computer Troubleshooters

Upon getting it home my first disappointment was to see the case vents were plugged with dust. Though we did not specifically talk about cleaning I felt the PC should have been cleaned. I opened the case and cleaned it myself. After all heat is the enemy. The view still seemed to me to be elongated especially noticeable with pictures. The computer did run just fine. It was back to its old self and performed required tasks with speed and efficiency. I do want to note that I did not contact Mark about these items as I should have to give him the chance to recheck the PC / Monitor. But it was running well other than the possible screen distortion and I left it at that. On the report I noted that I would use this individual again, as he basically completed the job, however I would probably seek an alternative service provider.

Mark showed up exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed and took care of the problem quickly. He also explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. Mark is professional, hoest, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone needed computer related services for their home or office.
