I am not happy with them because I think they cost too much. I've been getting cable TV since it started, and back then, it was only like 10 bucks, and now, it's way over 100. It seems like it's a lot in 20-25 years. Other than that, there has not been any major problems with them, but every once in a while, it does something funny, it gets interruptions in the service, but they are brief.

It work very good. A lot of people don't like Comcast because they say they are too high. I am very satisfied because their phone bill because it is very low and you can call anywhere in the United States for free. They charge you for the routers, tax and that is it. they do the same for the internet. Some of their prices are high on their cable and equipment . You have to pay $15.00 for each box you have but the price for the bundle is really good. Its when you add up all the little charges $7.00 here and $7.00 there, $15.00 here its goes up to $225.00. I am not happy with having to pay al the extra for the boxes, routers and all that kind of stuff when I think it should be included in the price.

I like the fact that they have On Demand service, even though we don't use it a lot. I did call them about two weeks ago and tell them that I wasn't thrilled with the increase in the bill. The quality of the service we have is fine. They do come out pretty quickly or they have in the few instances that I have called them. They do show up when they say they will.

Their service is alright. I think they charge too much. They charge fees and then taxes on top of the fees. I think it is outrageous. I think the fees are too high. In regards to quality, it does what it is supposed to do. It is not like an exceptional quality. I pay $150. It is supposed to be like $120, and when I add up all this taxes and stuff, it becomes $150.

The installer arrived during the time frame that was established. Very friendly, professional and answered any questions I had including giving me a demonstration on how to use the remote. I felt this was good service.
Description of Work: We recently moved to the area and needed TV, internet and phone service. We decided it was most economical to do the $99 bundle for all three per month. Our home is older and wasn't recently set up for cable so the guy had to do a lot of work outside and inside the house with cables. He spend about 3 hours setting it up.

The experience overall has been ok. It keeps getting more & more expensive, but of course they've added more & more services. I would like to be able to have not even tried to do this, but like to maybe go with another plan to where you can pick each channel you want. I haven't discussed this with them yet. The service has been fine. It was out for a little while today, just the digital was out but now it's ok. I will continue to use them.

Description of Work: My internet went out a few weeks ago. It took 3 days for a repair person to arrive, LATE and it was down the next day. It has been out ever since. I've called at least 10 times and have been told that a manager will call me and NEVER have I gotten a call. I was even called with a survey of the service.
