Wonderful fast and efficient
Description of Work: The washer over flowed on second floor and ruined the ceiling below and mold formed. Erin and his crew dried in out and used special machines to take care of mold and get rid of the water. The crew set up barriers and kept the house from getting dusty and contaminated. wonderful experience.

Description of Work: We found that we had a mold problem in our attic due to the bathroom vents not being vented to the outside. We contacted several businesses and were comfortable with the ANEW proposal. The team from ANEW were very professional, on time, carefully controlled the work site and did an excellent job with the job. The team found that the job was tougher than they had originally estimated but the end result was amazing! You could not tell that there had been a problem there! I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone of my friends.

My parents retired late last year and I have been overseeing their property. I found that the basement carpet was wet and mold began to form. I was not sure how long the carpet has been wet and wanted to better understand if there were any dangers to the air quality and how to handle a situation like this where mold has begun to form. I contacted Anew one evening and Erin from Anew promptly contacted me to learn more about my situation. He as very professional and very understanding as I had many questions regarding mold as this was my first issue with mold. Erin was more than happy to answer all of my questions and gave me multiple options that I could take. I decided to move forward and have air samples taken to understand the type of mold that was in the basement and how bad the air quality was. The cost of the service was $185, which was well worth the cost. Not only to have the air sampled but also the education Erin gave me on mold and how to properly handle mold if I were to clear the mold in the basement myself. The test results from the air samples were returned very quickly just a day after the samples were taken. Erin emailed the full results in detail and reviewed the results with me via phone to ensure I understood the results. He also informed me to give him a call with any future questions relative to properly handling and disposing of mold as I work on my parents basement. Truly a great experience!

Provider inspected areas of concern to me and provided recommendations for lowering risk of water and mold damage. Provider also did outside inspection of house foundation and provided information about high moisture readings and areas where water could enter into the house. He made several suggestions to lower the risk of water entering into the house. He provided a written report of areas inspected inside and outside the house, noting problem areas and suggestions for improvement.
Description of Work: Provider inspected walls, windows, basement, foundation, and plumbing for signs of water damage and took measurements of moisture levels.

Great, very fast and effective. Erin arranged for everything to be put back as it was in the bathroom.Very happy with the turn out. Erin made a schedule and it was stuck to till the day. Very happy with the results!!
Description of Work: The toilet was leaking and we did not know it readily. Mold started forming so we knew we had to get rid of that quick. Erin and his team came in knew what to do informed us of the dangers of mold growth and proceeded to fix the problems y tearing out what was bad and using the right chemicals to treat what could not be torn out. We were very pleased from start to finish. Erin worked well with our insurance company to work out the details. Overall a great company to have work for you.

 + -1 moreGreat. Erin worked a time line out to the day and it was met. Erin did an air quality test before and after by a third party and everything. All the people he brought in were polite and clean people. The job went smooth and we were very pleased with the results. We are grateful for the ANEW company!
Description of Work: On a job there was a leaking toilet that was ruining the bathroom and the cabinets down below in the basement. Erin knew just what to do to contain it and remove the mold that arrived from the slow leak. He worked well with us and the insurance company to resolve the situation. He arranged for a builder to come in and put everything back the way it was before the problem. Great service!
