Faced with a window installation that was not only not up to code, but unsightly (by another contractor), I called Chapman Siding to get advice how to fix the problem. Adam Boyd, from Chapman Siding left a jobsite to come and assess my concerns. Adam assessed the problem and spent a good amount of time discussing my options to correct the situation. Once we decided on the best solution for the problem, he quickly sent me a detailed estimate for the repairs. Being impressed with his professionalism, I further questioned him on the problems that I was currently experiencing with my insurance company, which was a roofing claim that I was dealing with for over 9 months, without resolution. Adam was willing to help me gain necessary proof of roof damage that I needed to get my claim settled. He came to my home within minutes notice to have a video call with the adjuster, and the fight that I was battling alone for 9 months was solved within minutes. From that date, it was a total of one week till I had my new roof installed. Adam met with me to choose the color, and gave me a detailed schedule of how the roof repair would unfold. The crew that came to my house was professional and courteous, and completed the job in one day. They ensured that everything was picked up and respected my home and property, and the dumpster was even picked up the same day. On the installation day, Adam kept me updated of the time schedule, and even stopped by to check on the crew. I can’t say enough about Chapman Siding, and have now signed a contract to install complete new siding on my home. It is reassuring as a single woman to know that there are still good people in this world who are honest and willing to help.

Needed windows replaced and came out promptly to quote. We were serious about replacing these windows. However after multiple phone calls and repeated promises that quote never materialized. We even asked them to tell us if they were not interested in doing the job and they insisted that they were and that the quote was coming. After waiting 6 1/2 weeks for the quote...message was left to please call or we were going to look elsewhere. Never received quote. Never got a follow up call. We have told everyone we know to never use this company. But in the end...we contacted three other companies and received prompt quotes from them using the same supplier that Chapman uses and are more than happy with our choice to take our business elsewhere.

A few years ago Chapman Siding installed new siding on my house. My siding leaked and Chapman came out to do repairs. After the repairs one leak continued. I then called Chapman to request assistance but he would not return any of my many calls. Chapman Siding is not dependable and I certainly would not recommend them.

Great crew led by Ben Chapman. Done in about 3 hours including removal of old gutters. I really appreciated their recommendation to use oversized downpipe to more quickly drain the debris from the gutters.

Mike was great to work with, Frank installed the windows he was very professional and did a great job with the installation.

Excellent crew, excellent work. These men took pride in their work and it showed. The price was very competitive, especially compared to the larger siding and window companies out there. Usually an A means "no issues or exception" - in this case I would rate higher than that if I could because they delivered beyond expectation.

It went very well. Corey Hatter of Chapman Siding that was far lower than any of the other three estimates I received. Corey and his crew were very professional. They arrived very early in the morning and went to work right away. They finished the job on the day that Corey said he would finish. I am very satisfied with the look of the new roof.

All went very well. A reasonable quote (and good suggestions) from Mike Chapman, and excellent installation work by his crew (particularly Tom Roman, who did the siding). Couldn't be more pleased.

We had Adam and Ed on our job site and they were fantastic down to every detail. Very attentive to any questions we had, arrived early every day and worked hard. Kept the job site cleaned up. We honestly can say we would recommend at least these two gentleman in a heartbeat!

onract him again this year as we have second story windows that need replacement. I think this is covered in the above description of the job. Chapman was one of three suppliers which we contacted. Because the price quoted by others we settled for vinyl after speaking with Chapman. We expect to contact Chapman later this year to replace windows on our second floor.

I think as he doesnt have an architect on staff, that he should invest in a design software package that would remind him to include light switches, clearance between cabinets and appliances etc. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Mike and his crew were very nice, willing to try anything and accomodate the persons living in house during the build. They cleaned up the worksite and repaired the lawn at end of job.

The work was excellent. The three guys who performed the job arrived at my house before daylight. By daylight they were working on the roof. In the evening when they left, the area around my house was neat and clean. They estimated four to five days work. They finished in four. I was very happy with the service and even more happier with my new roof.

I was impressed by the professionalism and the quality of the work and materials. They were professional and personable. I would use them again in the future.

I spent $1095 for the work. The price was fine. They were on time and worked carefully. They did their job and left. The quality of their work is good. The time was up. It just got put in, but it looks very good. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Top quality materials and workmanship. They were not afraid to do little extras. The price bid was the price charged.

I got three estimates and they were all about the same. I thought he was good and professional. He was enthusiastic and wanted my business. Sometimes he was hard to get a hold of it. He was very pleasant to work with and they did a really good job. We thought the price was good and he met his estimate. They showed up when they said they would.

I think they did a very good job. I am pleased with their work. In the beginning, we did have a problem getting ahold of them as they were having office staff problems, and I do not know if that problem was resolved or not.
