Brunette Home Improvement has been my preferred contractor since I bought my current hours in 1992. They have done two roofs for me, re-sided the front of my house, and eavestroughs. Very thorough and professional.

We have used Brunette company for different home projects over the years. This company has done roofing, siding, and remodeling projects at our home recently finishing our basement with a beautiful full bath, kitchenette, and gas fireplace. Always top quality materials and superior workmanship, this company consistently exceeds our expectations. A+ rated, licensed and insured, they are true craftsmen with integrity. Not always cheapest price, but we've learned you get what you pay for and we'll never go anywhere else. This company has dramatically increased the value of our home. We're proud to have used the very best.

John Brunette did a quality job and was very professional. Everything was in a timely manner. The installers were excellent and very pleasant. The door looks great and I have had no issues at all.

The quotation process and roofing went exceedingly well. We were most pleased to work with John. He was knowledgeable and most honest in all of his dealings with us. We made several special requests, all of which John was happy to accommodate and work with us on. He and Brunette were punctual, efficient, and very conscious about our yard. With young children and a dog they cleaned up after themselves each day, didn't drive in the yard or otherwise leave damage (tire tracks in the soft Spring soil would have required repair), and even returned again to carefully retrieve nails missed with a magnet. We strongly recommend John and Brunette for any work.

Yeah, I have a new roof & the job was completed sooner than expected! Communication could have been better, but overall the job was well done.

I requested an estimate for multiple projects at my home. I met the representative at our house, showed him the projects, and was advised I would receive a quote. After two weeks I had not heard from the builder. I called the office to obtain the status of the estimates. I was told that I would receive a call that day with the status. I never received a call. For all of the positive comments for this builder, I am surprised that this went so poorly. I chose them because of I thought that I would receive outstanding service. Instead, I received no service at all.

The service and communication were excellent. Roger Smith was the primary on the job. He worked with our designs and provided us with exactly what we asked for, and at an exceptional level of quality. His communication with us over the 3 month long project was exceptional. There were several little follow up items that we noticed over the year following completion of the construction. Roger Smith responded to every concern without hesitation and always to my satisfaction (and I'm pretty picky). Not only do I strongly recommend Brunette's and Roger Smith, but I plan on using them in the future for further construction and remodeling that we plan to have done. Note that I rated the price at a "B". That's only because I had other estimates that came in slightly lower. But I highly doubt that I would have received the exceptional quality and service from the other firms. I believe that for a little more money, I received a great deal more.

It was excellent. I actually wanted to give them the work but they were coming $2000 higher than another company was. They were very professional and very nice. They quoted me $8000. I am possibly looking at getting windows and a door through them because they are a full service home improvement company. It is just that the price they gave me wasn’t competitive but I am definitely going to calling them back for some work in the future.

Brunette Home Improvement's clean up was excellent. They cleaned up everything.

I am beyond pleased with the results. Great quality work. Mark Brunette made the planning process easy and he kept me informed. It can be hard to make decisions sometimes and Mark was very patient with my questions and indecisiveness. He provided lots of different options throughout every stage of the building process. Everybody I came across was professional and courteous. The building process went much faster than I anticipated and the end result is even better than I expected. Our family LOVES our new basement and I'm so glad I went with Brunette Home Improvement. I find this company very reliable and trustworthy. I recommend them to everybody I know.

The job went great, the crew came out after we selected color for roofing and installed it. I have a difficult roof very steep in parts lots of peaks and valleys Most roofers wouldn't want to tackle the job

I am very excited and 100% satisfied with the work Brunette Home Improvement did at my house. My basement is beautiful done with quality workmanship. Workers worked all day with minimal breaks. Cleaned up all nails, screws and staples and old roofing material. Very professional team of workers. Family owned company that takes great pride in doing a great job. I am very pleased with the job and the company.

They came out a year ago. Then they came back out to do a little more research because we still have a leak problem. They are supposed to be replacing a window because that is where we think the leak is coming from. We thought this was a reasonable cost. Unfortunately the problem that we set out to solve wasn't sorted, because the area they patched wasn't the area the leak was coming from.

We first found out about Brunette?s from a sign in our neighborhood and noticed the beautiful job that was done on that house and soon after read all the rave reviews on Angie?s list. After meeting with other companies, Brunette?s was our first choice! From the initial phone call to our last meeting with John, we had a wonderful experience. The office staff was friendly and John was very professional, thorough in explaining different options to us, very prompt to return calls and flexible with our schedule to meet with us. We really felt like John made us a priority even while busy with other projects. The crew was very friendly, on time, and were happy to answer questions that we had while they were on-site. They did a fantastic job on our tear-off, re-roof and cleanup. Our new roof was up in mid-May and with the rain we?ve had, we love walking downstairs to a dry basement! We look forward to working with Brunette?s again on future home projects. We highly recommend them without any hesitation!

Once we requested an estimate, they came out to our house to inspect our roof in order to come up with how to correct a pitch issue (causing leaking) with our roof. We had several estimates worked up with different options for correcting the pitch and re-shingling the roof. They were very flexible with providing multiple estimate scenarios to help us find the best option to fit our budget. We were also told up front that there is always the possibility that they could uncover some decking that would need replaced and would add to the cost. This was especially nice to have been told in advance since we did get a call part way though the project letting us know that we should consider replacing some additional decking. The crew were prompt and professional. They were working while there was still snow on the ground, but they did a very good job cleaning up... including coming back a few days after the job completed to clean out the gutters that had been frozen on their last day of work. The project was even completed days before we were told they would be done. Once the job was done, there was a final inspection to make sure everything looked good, and we are happy to report that despite all the spring rain we've had, the issues we were having with our roof are completely resolved. The roof looks great!

I have used Brunette Home Improvement for several projects including siding, gutters, windows and decking. I have used this company for both my personal residence and several investment properties. Quality, value and reliability are critical to me. This Company has always exceeded my expectations! I have found that integrity is a hallmark of Brunette Home Improvement. Therefore I have, with confidence, referred them to several of my closest friends and business acquaintances.

We were overall really pleased with the work that was performed. We got our quote in the late winter and they started the project as soon as the weather permitted. Mark was very professional and friendly when he came out to talk about the work with us, and was very in depth on what was going to be involved in the project. He was also very responsive during the project and would send text message updates as needed or to let us know when they'd arrive the next day. The work was done when they said it would be, and at the price they quoted. We did have additional costs than just a normal reroofing job as our garage had been negected for a long time, and needed all new decking, and reinforcements on the rafters. So extra time and money were spent there, but we knew about that going in, so it was all to be expected. The only unexpected thing that we encountered was that we had to contact our satelitte company and pay to get our dish repositioned. That is probably true of every roofing job, but we didn't know to expect it. So it was a little bit of a shock to come home and have no tv service on a Friday evening (during March Madness, of all times).

Very professional, personable, and responsible. They were not the cheapest bidder but were mid-range in price. I feel you get what you pay for. They began the roofing job early which was appreciated as I was having water issues. I then contracted for siding and they began the job within two weeks of roof completion. Both jobs were completed in a reasonable time and were of high quality. My only dissatisfaction was with post-clean up; I was picking up nails and pieces of siding for several weeks afterward; they were in a little rush to get to next job. But overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend them.
