Description of Work: Questions were asked before the visit. The technician (Pat) came prepared with what he believed the problem might be; he was right, replaced the breaker and we are back in business. He was here 15 minutes.

Description of Work: When I called Pat Bohnet to schedule a service call to "repair" our Jacuzzi tub water circulation system, Pat told me to reset the circuit breaker and call him back if it didn't work. He explained that the breaker we have requires a reset action. Sure enough, I followed Pat's direction and "fixed" the problem myself. There was no need for a service call which saved us money and Pat's honesty made me a life-time customer.

Description of Work: I wanted under the cabinet lighting installed. I called Bohnet lighting on a Tuesday said they were busy but someone would call me later in the week its now Sunday & I haven't received a call. I'm moving on.
