He was very professional and gave me the best deal for the work out of three estimates I received. His plan to fix my leak minimized the damage that could have been done to my dry wall and could have resulted in costly repair. He is very thorough in his work and in explaining things. I would definitely call him again next time something goes wrong with my plumbing! He did an excellent job and I was very happy with the work.

I was completely happy with the end product and will have him back for additional installation of a new toilet.

The technician was unable to get past roots in the discharge pipe with either the hydrojet or camera. We had to abandon the pipe, as he was unable to determine the location of roots in the line, which ran about 150 feet. I would not use this provider again, as the cost associated with the work performed was very high and out of line, in my opinion.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin to ask for a quote on sewer repair for my home. After describing the problem, giving my name, address, and phone number, I was put on hold for several minutes, and then was told there would be a $50 service fee just to get an estimate. Many other plumbers (not to mention contractors in general) give free estimates for their work. Frankly, I'm a bit surprised, but if that's the way they want to run their business, that's their choice, I guess.

Very pleasant and professional. Were clear about costs and what would be done ($49 visit fee + $200 for service). Came on the morning of the call. Fast and efficient. I don't know about the appropriateness of the costs, so can't rate those knowledgeably.

It went better than we planned, everything was done on time and on schedule. We have since had Fedewa Plumbing back for additional smaller jobs. They did a great job, were highly professional and responsive. We have not hesitated to share this experience with family and friends. Several have since hired Fedewa and have also been pleased. They are a good, honest company and we are happy to have their number for our future plumbing needs.

As always, Fedewa Plumbing responded promptly and professionally. Also, they guarantee all of their work. I live in an older home that requires a lot of maintenance, and I've been very pleased with Fedewa Plumbing every time they've come out to the house. I highly recommend them. Also, their Diamond program is well worth the monthly fee.

Aaron asked the right questions and worked with me to investigate my old house's odor problem. The job of cleaning my sewer line was done very professionally, and camera inspection was inclluded, at a price less than halfvery promptly, and didnt try to selll anything that wasnt needed. The camera showed some minor problems, but unlike the previous company, he did think I needed to worry about it for some time. I would definately use them again!

Problem with washer draining in a ranch house on a cement slab. They put in a vented drain system that didn't solve the problem. They then tried to route a camera but could not due to the configuration of the plumbing. They then tried a router rooter but it was not strong enough. When they had an alternate company come who had the appropriate size of router rooter it worked. This was an expensive and frustrating experience

Fedewa has an office manager and we had a call back from one of the plumbers in 10 minutes. AJ was here within less than an hour and he went right to work. We had a cleaning company in cleaning up the mess and AJ went and spoke to them and coordinated efforts. He then checked all the drains and as all were overflowing he decided to start at the overflow point. After removing the toilet he started to snake the line to minimize the risk of more backup. He ran his roto tool through as far as it would go and cleaned out what he could. He then used his camera system and found there were several large root blockages that went as far as his camera could go. AN determined he needed an industrial strength rooter and contacted their business partner Roto-Rooter. They arrived 3 hours later. While waiting AJ opened and cleaned the two floor drains from debris. He kept me informed every 30 minutes and advised me immediately of any incremental costs like the big machine. Upon arrival AJ worked side by side with Roto-Rooter and they spent 3 hours breaking through over six near total blockages that were only passing fluids. All solids were trapped. Hence the back-up. After the swear pipe was cleaned out AJ stayed and cleaned up the whole area in and around the bathroom. When he set the toilet again he used a wax ring to seal out gasses and odors (had not been there before). AJ walked us through the days activities and reset our expectations for a possible but unlikely recurrence depending on the damage to the pipes closest to tree roots. He also reviewed the itemized bill and explained the warranty in detail. He put us on their watch list in case we had any issues within the first week. I have been in customer service and sales all life and Fedewa Plumbing is all about service and total customer satisfaction.

Their service was excellent. The price was right. The workmanship was excellent. They were timely in terms of setting up the appointment and being there on time. When he left the area was cleaned up.

I had them come out for an estimate we just decided to do the work ourselves. I sent them photos and details. They were very responsive and professional. The pricing is what made me decide to do it myself.

The service was good, but they were very expensive. The thing that upset me was that they included some guarantees which upped the price without giving me an option. I wasn't pleased with the pricing or billing. Their work was fine.

Fedewa has straightforward menu-style pricing and the final bill was basically where I expected it to be. It is important to note that Fedewa does have a $49 service fee, and they will tack this on to the final cost of the job. I would have preferred if they waived this upon securing a big job like they did for us, but I understand the cost of doing business. The only thing I really can't comment on was the price. Frankly we didn't get any second quotes, because their quote seemed reasonable to me. Maybe we should have? I have no idea. AJ spent a whole day in the house, they replumbed the entire basement and first floor, and I have to imagine $1700 was reasonable for this size job.
