Description of Work: This company had the unfortunate task of following and correcting the mess created by a "shyster contractor" who had been there before them. They corrected several code violations involving the electrical system and the venting of my clothes dryer the first contractor had made, Then the Baynes Construction Services replaced an old deck with a same-size new deck constructed of specially treated material that requires NO UPKEEP over the years. They also changed out all of my windows throughout my entire house with good quality replacement windows. In addition to the windows, they re-sided my home with a high grade vinyl siding. After completing the outdoor work, Mr Baynes moved to the inside of my home where he remodeled my bathroom; changing it from a small, non-descript little room to a beautiful small room with a spa like atmosphere. Mr. Baynes created a large closet in my bedroom and has added crown molding to my bed room, living room and kitchen giving them a touch of elegance they had never before enjoyed. Mr. Baynes (Josh) and his employee, Mr. Reynolds (Eddie), repaired and/or installed hardwood flooring, plaster, drywall, plumbing, electrical, ceramic tile and can lights in my living room and bathroom and...the list just goes on and on. There has been absolutely no job that I've put before them that Mr. Baynes & Mr. Reynolds have been unable to do and do extremely well! Their work is precise and done with a craftmanship quality. I am beyond pleased with the quality of their work! As a matter of fact, my home was constructed in the late 1950's and did not have any overhead/ceiling lighting. I had spoken with a electrical company a few years earlier about installing a ceiling light and fan only to be told that it was not possible to run electricity into the ceiling area of my home.
