I cannot rate fully the quality of work as it has not been done yet.

The guys that came out to install my egress window were well trained and skilled. They got the job done in less than a day and cleaned up after themselves. The window passed township inspection and it appears as though it will handle water drainage appropriately. The supervisor addressed an issue that arose and resolved it quickly and professionally and to the satisfaction of all parties. I would recommend this company.

They have a very good reputation and, as a real estate professional, I have recommended them many times to clients who have been delighted with their work. Now it is my turn to experience their work firsthand on my property.

The office staff to the sales representative, crews, and technicians on site were very professional. Thery were knowledgeable and experienced aboiut their products and the procedures that are invovled. I felt comfortable talking to anyone from the company and all my questions were answered. The money charged was way too much for the time it took to complete the job. There is a white plastic repair sheet sticking on the basement wall which looks unsightly and unprofessional.

They performed a great job to correct my foundation, the project manager was super courteous. Over all, I was happy with the job they'd provided. From the ladies at the office (start) to the guys out in the field (finish). And lest not forget the person that took time to come out from GR to Shelby for an estimate. They have a good team there!

I had two basement windows that needed to be replaced. (They were originally installed in 1961. One had broken glass, so the guys came into a mess.) They did a great job. They removed both old windows, cleaned, prepared both openings, installed the new windows, created beautiful mortar casements around the windows and sealed everything. They look absolutely beautiful. I had previously purchased an area wall cover and had dug part of the hole for this. The crew saw what I had done and they took over, finished digging the hole, installed the wall cover, put dirt around the cover and put a good amount of decorative stone in the bottom. As far as clean up is concerned, the guys cleaned up everything when they finished. The basement looks as good as new. The windows are beautiful. This is definitely a start to making the basement more enjoyable. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I will definitely contact Ayers for further basement improvements. They did an awesome job. I am very happy!

The consultant that was sent out was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable but they have been slow to install the dehumidifier we ordered and did not install within the time frame promised. The cost was the same as other companies that were quoted.

Provides a lifetime guarantee on a dry basement. The guarantee stays with the house, even if you move, so the new owners will also have the guarantee. The work was done on time and only took a day.

Work is scheduled to be in April. Everything so far as to professionalism has been wonderful. I will comment on work and finished project after completed.

They provided the most detailed estimate, and bid a reasonable price for more features in the system than the competitors. Their crew was on time, courteous, did a great job and cleaned up the property. It was an excellent experience.
