HE PERFORMED THE SERVICE AS REQUESTED EXCEPT THE CENTRAL AIR BUT THAT WAS DUE TO COOLER TEMPS AND WE WILL RESCHEDULE IN THE SPRING BUT OVERALL I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE NO PROBLEM CONTACTING THEM AGAIN AND WOULD REFER TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

We purchased the air conditioner tune up "big deal" for $66 as system was not running efficiently. Bill Kaiser contacted me early the next day to tell me he could come out next week. I called him and explained that the A/C was no longer putting out cool air and asked if he could come sooner. He walked me through some items to check which included cleaning the coils with a hose. When that didn't work he came out later the same day and we discussed a possible bad compressor or system replacement costing up to $4,200 but it turned out only to be the capacitor. It cost me $48 and he had one on the truck. It was 90° today so we're pretty happy. Bill told me he always tries to solve the problem over the phone before making a service call. With 120 competitors in the area his philosophy is to keep his customers forever. I think he has one here.

Bill responded promptly to a weekend e-mail and came out within 90 minutes of a Monday morning phone call. He diagnosed the problem as a dead thermostat and got the A/C going until we could go out and buy a new unit, as he did not carry the right kind. Super nice, would use again. Thanks!

I do not live in Michigan but do own a house there where my brother lives. When it was reported that the furnace was not working during the recent cold spell, I immediately signed on Angie's List and found All Weather Mechanical. Bill was wonderful. After walking my brother through a few possible simple solutions on the phone, he went to the house that afternoon to check things out and called to gave me an estimate. He performed the repairs the next day at the time he said he would be there. The final cost was 10% less than the original quote. He emailed me the invoice and I immediately sent a check from Texas and emailed him the tracking #. The fact that I was completely comfortable contacting an Angie's List provider from out of state that also is confident that I would pay him promptly after the work was done is worth it's weight in gold. I would highly recommend All Weather Mechanical to everyone. Especially if they travel or live out-of-state for part of the year and want someone trustworthy, reliable, prompt, and fair.

.I had an older solar heating system that worked on air. The original installers went out of business a long time ago. Bill came out and was interested in the job from the start. He came out and got the damaged panel, and fixed it. Working with roofers, (I was having the roof redone at the time), installed the repaired panel, plus the second undamaged panel (which the roofers had to take off to put the new roof on), along with the roofers for my new roof, all in one day. Bill was courteous and engaging, and when I plan to put in a new furnace over the next two years, All Weather Mechanical will be the first in line to get my return business.

The electrician was timely, completed as much work as possible within the two hour time frame. I was very pleased with the outcome. and plan to hire them for future electrical jobs.

All went well - he cleaned a part and said he felt it was the problem - but also said that part probably would need replacing with a new one - he didn't know how long the 'cleaning' would last - In the mean time I was to figure out I knew someone in the business - I chose to go with my friend - though I was not unhappy in any way with All Weather Mechanical, Inc - in fact the service call of $85.00 would go towards the 'fix' call if it became necessary -

Arrived on time on a Saturday and promptly got to work and fixed the air conditioner in less than an hour. Complied with our request to add a new thermostat and instructed in us in the proper use of it. Very personable and efficient

The service turned out well. They did exactly what the deal stated. He gave me advice on the rental property furnace, as well. There was no issue with scheduling and they showed up to the appointment on time.

We did have a disagreement but we both came back to the table as adults should.Im not going into details.Bill did a good job and i would hire him again.Im also confident he will answer questions,provide future mantainance if needed. ThanksBill!

Bill, the owner, came over within a half hour. I had a "humming noise" so I shut the furnace off. When he was here I turned it back on for him to check it out and the noise was gone. Figures! He didn't charge me for walking in the door which was AMAZING! Thank you Bill!! When the ghost in the machine comes back I will be calling you again - LOL...

My old furnace is failing; I had All-Weather out to do a quote on a new furnace. Inspection was very cursory, no heat flow calculation, and as a result he quoted a much larger model than any other firm, resulting in a higher price point. While there, he did a brief cleaning job of the sparker for my current furnace just to see if it improved anything (it didn't; the problem is fairly clearly in the electronics which I'd expect a pro to know). A 15-minute cursory job for $85.

The man who came to do the inspection and tune-up was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and was happy to answer questions that I had.

Bill, was friendly and profesional. He answered all questions directly and I beleive honostly. Never pressured to pay for other services. Even gave tips to help maintain water heater. He came back recently after we heard a "thump" when the furnace blower engaged. But we were unable to recreate the noise. Would not hesitate to call him in the future.

Tune-up was good, but the discharge pipe was plugged and may not have been checked. (Wolf spiders came out after I poured chlorine water through.) Air Filter was changed a bit prematurely. Cleaning improves the longer it's use. It is changed by pressure drop usually. Good tune up, but a few parts of the system may have been omitted. The gentleman did a better job than most.

Overall, Bill did a great job. He has serviced my furnace for a number of years. when it came time to replace the unit, I chose Bill to do the work. He is through and treats every job as if he was doing work in his own home. The job took a bit more time than originally planned but that was because he was very careful and meticulous.

The guy was very, very good. I would have thought it is comfortable doing it there except that we went with the higher BTU.

Before Bill Kaiser arrived, he called in the morning to confirm our afternoon appointment, and then he called when he was on his way, too. Excellent communication. Bill cleaned our furnace and estimated the age and what kind of life we can expect from it. He told us how to continue our maintenance for the longest furnace life... i.e., faithfully changing the filters on time and getting it professionally cleaned and inspected every year or two. He then took apart several parts of the hot water heater and cleaned them, describing the function of each part. Once again, he educated me on what we could be doing to extend the life of the hot water heater... for one, emptying it out once a year to get rid of any sediment that could lessen its effectiveness. Then he explained to me just how to do that. Bill then moved on to the A/C, which he said was in perfect working order. But he noticed in the duct work several areas that were leaking cold air and described how to take care of that, which wasn't included in the scope of service provided for in this visit. Finally, Bill showed me how to program our thermostat to get the most cost-effective use from our heating/cooling systems. All in all, Bill did a great job, was friendly, but not annoyingly conversational. He was thorough and instead of telling me that I should call him when this or that breaks, he told me how to do things so I wouldn't have to call for help for a long time. We definitely got a great deal for A-1 service. I will definitely call him again for continued preventative maintenance and when this or that does eventually break down.

I called on a Friday night, he was there first thing Saturday morning and did excellent, efficient work as always!!!!

After I purchased the services from Angie's list, Bill contacted me and set up an appointment. He called about 15 minutes prior to arrival and was slightly early for the appointment. He was courteous at all times. We started with the AC and I watched and chatted with him while he worked. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He also gave me a couple of tips for keeping my AC in top shape. He then moved on to the furnace and it was much the same. Bill took care to make sure that everything was tidy along the way. At the end of the appointment he offered to answer any questions I may have. He didn't try to sell me anything. He simply provided the service I had paid for. I will look to him in the future for my AC/Heating needs.

We suspected the appliance repair person had broken our copper gas line late Friday night. Spent the night without heat. Saturday morning, I called All Weather Mechanical. Bill came out right away to check the gas line. He found the break in the house wall and leak just outside the house. On Saturday, he installed some shutoff valves so we could have our heat and water heater back on. Monday, morning he had purchased the replacement copper and other parts. He ran the line and hooked everything up. He had to cut out a piece of basement drywall ceiling to access that part of the pipe. He brought a piece of drywall specifically to make that repair and added putty around edges. He helped move in the stove which had been sitting in my kitchen for several weeks. He also helped me move a new dishwasher into place. He was knowledgeable and flexible and listened to what I wanted. He only charged for the time he spent working.

I called Billy around 6:20 am as my heat had been out all night and it was freezing in here. Billy came immediately and fixed whatever was wrong and I now have heat again:)
