Description of Work: Our air conditioning decided to quit a few days before a holiday weekend, when a houseful of company was due to arrive and the temperatures were predicted to exceed 100 degrees (plus extreme humidity). I called All Star, and Larry came immediately. He would have spent the holiday weekend installing the new unit if he could have gotten one from the warehouse. But he did everything he could to prepare for the installation so that once the air conditioner arrived it could be quickly put in place. The installation is picture perfect, and the unit has performed flawlessly ever since. Larry is so neat and immaculate that you can hardly tell he has been at your house. I cannot say enough about how honest, respectful, and competent All Star Mechanical is, and would recommend them without hesitation.

Description of Work: On a hot August day, we turned on the air conditioning, and discovered the blower on the furnace was not functioning. We called All Star, and Larry promptly provided us with several options--installing a new blower, installing a reconditioned blower, etc. He outlined the pros and cons of each option. Due to a number of other factors, we ultimately decided to replace the furnace. Again, he provided us with several different quotes on various models of furnaces with different features. When Larry arrived to replace the furnace, they got right down to work. I came home from work the next day to find the installtion complete, and could barely tell anyone had been in my house. They removed the old unit and installed the new one without a trace of dirt on my nearly white basement carpeting. The back room was undisturbed, swept clean, and once again the installation was picture perfect. Throughout the process, Larry communicated clearly with us and kept us updated on how long the job would take, what to expect, when they would be back, etc. We were so pleased with the service and quality that we also asked Larry to replace our water heater, which also went perfectly.

Description of Work: We changed the old electric stove to a gas stove. Larry Kirchhoff did an excellent job and was very helpful.

Description of Work: Larry called and asked if I could get him in the night before my appointment. It was so hot he thought I would prefer to get my air conditioning fixed early. He said he would wave the night service fee, so of course I said great. He was very professional and had a 50% off coupon, so it was a win - win for me. I recommend his service to everyone I know.
