+ -1 moreIf I could give them a zero star review, I would. Came out for Consumers appliance program. The gent was here less than 10 minutes. Didn't know GE washers, did absolutely nothing, said they'd have to send someone else. Due to their incompetence, now I have to wait until Monday for a different repair company.
Description of Work: They were sent out as my appliance repairperson thru Consumers appliance repair plan.

+ 0 moreThey were very unfriendly and unhelpful on the phone as if they could care less if they could help us out or work with us on the situation. They did diagnose the problem but the office folks were so rude I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Fridge was not keeping things cold.

+ -1 moreI gave them a B overall because they had to come out twice. I don't know whether that was necessary or not; I wasn't pleased with it. I think the pricing was probably average. I don't feel it would be fair for me to say much because I have this experience so infrequently, and I don't have a lot of frame of reference for this. They did come on time, and they were very pleasant and professional.
