They did a fantastic job. The siding was done on a rainy day the John had to crawl under our deck to replace the siding from the bottom up he came out covered with mud, but he did a great job with bad weather without one complaint. The roofers did a beautiful job and and they were very fastidious with the clean up. They went over and over the yard with the magnet to pick up all of the nails. Not one piece of trash was left. Very happy with the work done and the people. I’ve just ordered a a Pella sliding patio door from them can’t wait to get it, I know they will do a great job installing it. They’ve changed their name to Acme Home Exteriors.

Not so well. No written estimate was provide. I will not hire someone without that.

Patrick Dalton (owner of Acme Roofing) was great to work with. Three years ago I had called him for an estimate on a new roof, and he said "You don't need a roof now, call me in three years." From that first visit he had my business. I got two other quotes for the job, and Acme's price was competitive. The Acme crew were very polite and professional, and did excellent and fast work. Patrick was very accommodating to scheduling changes I needed to make due to delays in getting a contractor to install a new kitchen range hood and scheduled the job quickly once the other work was completed. He also coordinated with the eavestroughing contractor so that the new gutters were installed immediately. He also immediately accommodated for some hiccups in the job (some plant damage from the tear off), and a service call to the HVAC contractor to remove some junk that had fallen into the vent. All in all, a great job. I highly recommend Acme!

Excellent Job

POOR..... several promises and no follow through. I have other estimates for my roof replacement in the $12800 range. If you don't want the business or it is too large of a job for you, just be honest and say so.

They were very prompt in calling back and I expected the estimate to arrive but after about 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I called them back and was assured that I would receive the estimate. It never came

I called him yesterday and they were here today. It?s a family owned company, they do everything themselves. They hand nail the siding which is very important.

The owner provided the proposal and was very involved in overseeing the project. Pat was very professional and easy to work with on this project. His team members were also very professional. They also did a great job cleaning up at the end of both days. The subcontractor, Awesome Home Improvement, also did a very good job.

Extremely well... not everyone would provide "pre-sales" ideas. Nicely done.

I purchased a home in May 2014. Two months later, after a heavy rainstorm with high winds, I had damage to ceilings on the first and second floor. Mr Dalton came out immediately and inspected my roof that wasn't very old. He discovered that the roof was installed incorrectly and shingles were loose. The high winds had moved them out of line, allowing the leak. He immediately pushed the shingles back and nailed them in place as a courtesy. He suggested that I replace the roof over the second floor and that I could wait to replace the remaining roof over the garage and a sunroom. His team showed up on time and the job was completed by the time I came home from work. The yard was immaculate and I would not have guessed that they were even there that day had I not known better. The new roof is slightly different in texture but the color matches perfectly. I was very pleased.

Patrick Dalton and his team did a great job -- professional, reliable, and the work was completed on time (and on budget), exactly as promised.

I liked them a lot. They were local. They were professional. They did the job for a week. I had nine holes in the roof. I paid good money but they did a good job.

The contractor came out the next day and measured for a quote. he stated he would get back to me with a written proposal. I never heard from him again. Very Unprofessional in my opinion.

From my first contact with Acme's office personnel to completion of the project, I couldn't have been more satisfied. The owner was responsive, informative and explained work required for the project. He was very patient; began and completed the job as promised and kept me informed as the project progressed when he ran into unexpected challenges. I have already recommended him to a family member and will recommend him whenever I learn of someone who needs roof repair or replacement.

Went quickly and professionally. No scraps lying around and the area was thoroughly policed.

We were very pleased with them. They cleaned up really quickly. They came back the next day with a magnet to make sure they didn't miss anything.
