ACE CLEANING

They are quick. They are thorough. They are on time.

There were several questionable things that took place. Upon entry to our home when the cleaners walked in I kindly asked could they use shoe covers because we just shampooed our floors. I was advised that was a hassle but they would remove their shoes. One employee removed his shoes at the door and was very respectful. The other ignored me and walked throughout our house. I asked again and the second cleaner removed his shoes upstairs on our newly cleaned carpet. I also asked did I need to move any furniture. They advised that they will take care of that. I left them alone to work on our second floor ducts while I attended to my children. Sadly I did not check upstairs behind them right after they were done. Our vent ducts are above our beds. When I entered each bedroom there was debris, dust, dirt and paint chips allover our beds. They never moved our furniture and had to step on our pillows in order to get to the vents in our bedrooms! Downstairs in our dinning area about .5 inches above the vent duct our wall is cut through the drywall! I know that several vents were difficult to remove and they used a razor to break the seal of the paint from the ducts but I do not know why my wall is sliced. I spoke with the Ace's owner and was advised he would reprimand the employee that was disrespectful but that was it. We paid $283.00 and were left with damage to our wall and the full bedding to launder including the pillows for 3 beds. We also had a futon and floors in every room to vacuum. The work was done sloppy and the whole situation was unprofessional. Ace had higher scores on Angie's list than the other local companies but don't waste your time hiring them.

The service went well and the team was very honest about what should be cleaned. They saved me money! And, they were professional and courteous.

They didn't have a good rate as Stanley Steemer. It's a very competitive market here that's why I use coupons. There are tons of carpet cleaners. They all are within $20 of each other. They didn't spend extra time with me but they did the job. They gave me a window and that's standard operating procedure, and they were within that window. They were thorough, they didn't spend a lot of extra time, but if I ask them to do something or pay attention to something in particular, they would. The workers were fine.

The service has been wonderful. We have used them several times. We have our room-sized rug. We have pets and we've had to have it taken in and cleaned. It's fine. They always do a wonderful job with it. With their coupon, it only cost us $40. They were quick. Their work was really well. When they said they were going to have it done, they had to call us back. They told us that because of the humidity last August, the carpets didn't dry and get done as quickly as they had anticipated. They called us and let us know it was going to take approximately an extra day before we could pick it up. They were right on time to give us a call and to explain why it was going to be delayed. They were just upfront about everything. I would definitely use them in the future.

They are highly professional. Were very detailed and took the time to explain all the issues. We forgot to order the Drier vent cleaning, but they did that too as a courtesy and a gift for our newborns, which was very nice of them. Would highly recommend them for any duct services. They seems very experienced with Duct cleaning work. Ours is a mostly wood floors, so did not need the carpet cleaning. A+++++++++++++

Did a terrible job. Offered to redo the cleaning free. The cleaning still was not satisfactory.

gave me an estimate over the phone after I gave them the measurements lifted the carpet from my car cleaned it carried the carpet back to my car. the work was performed at their business so the rest of this should be optional as it doesn't make sense to include our address and the year the house was built as it has nothing to do with this service.

I think they're good. They come when they say they will. They do a good job. They're careful moving the furniture and telling us how to deal with the wet carpets. I have no complaints.

They were pretty personable. However, there was a little bit of a situation when they left, an area wasn't cleaned to what it should have been. When I approached the worker, he said it would be fine and left without resolving the issue.

The two man team arrived on time and were cautious with my furniture. They gladly accepted the coupon we found in the phone book. I would call them again.
