The Gentleman who came to our home was Prompt,Polite, & very knowledgeable concerning our situation. My Husband was hospitalized recently and I was concerned over his overall health & now I feel so much safer knowing our water has been treated properly, & treated with care & concern. I received multiple quotes from 3 different water treatment company's and I knew what was wrong with my water and it wasn't the cost of the equipment that sold me but it was the honesty of the company and the gentleman working for the company that sold me on the product, They recommended what I needed and didn't push to try and sell me extra unnecessary equipment like the other companies, it's hard finding an honest company these days who actually care about there customer actual needs and not just trying to make an extra buck and what really made me feel comfortable is the other two companies tried selling me on an iron filter and additional tanks and when the gentleman sold me this equipment he told and showed me my iron levels where not high at all and recommended I don't waist unnecessary money and he even recommended I purchase a lower prices unit just to save me the most money and still take care of my water needs, I got to say that I've never been happier with the overall quality of my water and I'm very satisfied with the outcome
