EASTERN REFINISHING INC

Did not go well at all - as the company is based out of Ontario, Canada, nobody came to see the bathtub in advance. I gave Charlie, the owner, the size of the tub and I sent him a picture. When two men showed up they said they could not refinish it for $495 but it would have to be $700. Then they said I would have to have a plumber come and take off the faucets. When I told them I was not pleased one of them told me I should just replace the tub as the glaze would only last a couple of years anyway. After he asked me if I was going to be selling the house, I told them to leave. I then called Charlie who was very defensive - only told me that they were in business for 43 years and it must be some odd tub and he couldn't possibly have known the size of the tub or the nuance of the faucet from the photo. He must be contracting out the jobs in other cities. I would NOT use this company.
