College Hunks Hauling Junk - Minneapolis

Horrible customer service. I got a quote, they said they would come between 8-10 am. They called at 8:50 saying they were just leaving but I was the first pickup. They called again at 10:15 and said they were 45 minutes out. Then when they get there they tell me it will be an extra $100 because there is mold in the freezer portion of the refrigerator. I said fine I will have waste management pickup then. At this point they proceeded to say they weren't going to pick up anything from my house because I was angry they were late. What a joke. These "College Hunks" obviously don't want to work.

Very well; the guys were on time, polite, and did a great job.

I scheduled my appointment with this company and they had two young men out later that day. They gave me a bid of $220 to haul a couple bags of potting soil and some random yard trash away. They then called me and told me that they would not be able to haul the potting soil away because it was to hard to get them loaded and it would take to long. I then called their manager and he agreed that they bid it for that price and would finish the job. An hour later they called me back and spoke with the owner, and informed me that they would give me $60 back and that they were taking what they could and leaving the rest. For what they took I could have taken it to the dump in Roberts for $40. I can not even describe how disappointed with this company. Your service was terrible to say the least.

I appreciated the thoroughness of the quote process. It was clear the service being provoded and the cost. The team that provided the service at my home was very courteous, professional and did a great job. I was extremely satified and would recommend this comoany to others.

The mover themselves were not extremely careful. They marked up a lot our walls in our brand new house. There were couple of furniture pieces that had gotten damaged. They stacked a bunch of boxes on our dining room table.
