Bartlett's Well Service

It was phenomenal. It's nice having water. They're very friendly. They worked here within an hour to look and see what was going on.

We had an old small bore well with a water pump inside the house. The pump failed (while my mother in-law was staying at our Canadian Lakes vacation home). We called several water well companies in our area with no immediate replies. We went outside our immediate area and called Bartlett Water Wells. They were very responsive. They were even apologetic that it may take them 3-4 hours to get there. The other well companies that bothered to call us back did so in a couple days. Bartlett was at our house within hours. The pump only needed a simple starting capacitor. They did not even charge us for the part, just the service call. They could have gouged us as said the pump was dead and charged us much more, but they were honest about what was wrong. Shortly after fixing our pump, we decided to replace our aging well and noisy in-house pump. We chose Bartlett for this as well. They were timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. The new well was installed quickly without a glitch.
