We offer an asphalt based and environmentally friendly Polymer Modified Emulsion for seal-coating that is environmentally safe for people and animals!! Action Asphalt only uses products that meet and exceed the regulations in this new Coat Tar ban. Hamburg Township and the City of Ann Arbor have recently joined other municipalities banning the use of carcinogen seal-coat products.
