 + -1 moreI initially emailed this company; and got no email response nor a phone call back. I also have tried to call them on the phone via the 866 number that pops up on their website -because the "LIVE CHAT" that also pops up is never available. The number that is on their website rings and rings and is finally answered by a machine that sounds like a catering company answering machine. On the surface this company certainly seems to be what I need to set up or finish setting up a stereo system issues that I have; but I simply cannot make contact with them.
