ORION STONE DEPOT

It didn't go well. I purchased a four course fire pit kit. I figured this is a simple item, I paid for it the staff was very nice to me and then I waited for delivery. When the kit got to my home it there were only enough stones in the kit for three rows, 54 stones. I bought a kit with 72 stones and that is where the hassle began. I had to convince Orion Stone there was a problem with the kit. There were a lot of back and forth telephone calls which again the staff was nice but not solving a very basic problem. I finally called the manufacturer and they confirmed that there had been a logistical issue with some fire pit kits only getting three rows. My kit that was delivered to my home had a sticker on it that stated a date of March 23 2015. If there was a problem that was known with the kits it obviously wasn't caught by Orion Stone. My wife made a call after I was getting nowhere and finally got a new kit delivered to our home and the old kit removed. For the record I am happy with the purchase it works great and again the staff wasn't rude at any time. They just failed to solve a very basic problem in an acceptable amount of time and without creating a headache for me. I would go somewhere else first to avoid the hassle.
