LONNIES TREE SVC

They arrived hours early, which is fine, but they ended up ripping out all landscaping when we had discussed trimming some of it. They did do a good job of clearing out a mess but also left a lot of clean up-around 40 bags which included leaves, but also included tree branches (at least they weren't large!). During the original estimate, I was told they would leave mulch, when I asked, they ended up dumping their entire truck of "mulch" (poor quality with many sticks) which could have been used by an entire neighborhood. It seemed very spiteful and for no good reason. I ended up having to pay to have the remainder of the mulch they left removed. I definitely would not recommend.

They cut down the tree and damaged my lawn badly. I was promised they would return the next week with dirt and grass seed. They also cracked a slab of cement in my driveway. My poor silver maple was only trimmed on one side and looks terrible. Unfortunately I paid them, which was very dumb on my part. I called twice a day for a good month and they always said "well be out this week". After a month they stopped taking my calls. worst experience ever!!!!! Had to pay another $1500 to have the wrong made right.

Estimated $1,000 for removal and stump grinding. Day of service Lonnie called and said his estimator under estimated the work involved and and quot;what could I do for him?and quot; I had other estimates on the order of $1,400 for the job. I offered $200 more, which he immediately accepted. The work was done and cleaned up to my satisfaction. I received two follow-up calls checking on the mailing of my check (one week). Whole deal had feel of a heavy handed bait and switch.

It went well. The team was on time and worked non stop until completed. They were professional and courteous
