He did a wonderful job on our shower.

They did a great job. I am very happy with their work! They did my shower (replaced some grout, cleaned, resealed) and floor (cleaned and sealed) and then cleaned another bathroom floor upstairs/recaulked some areas. Here's a picture of my floor....looks brand new. Thank you Daniel and Nick!

2nd time we have used Restoration Tile & Grout for our home. Both times the work has been performed well and on time. Dan provided us with the quote and scheduling. Nick did the work at our home. We had kitchen & hallway tile cleaned and grout cleaned, sealed and repaired where needed. Also 3 bathroom floors and one shower stall tiles cleaned and grout cleaned, sealed and repaired where needed. Nick did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend Restoration Tile & Grout. Also they use an epoxy grout sealer and the other other companies we received quotes from use acrylic (water based) sealers and their quotes were higher.

Cleaned, repaired and painted the grout throughout my kitchen/entry way/ bathroom. Turned out amazing. We considered replacing the tile with wood floors and Iâ  m so glad we tried this instead! I love it!

Nick and Dan were both very nice and very Professional. They worked all day, and got the job done.

Nick did a great job. He put on shoe covers as soon as he came into my house. He repaired and cleaned the shower floor. I recommend his quality work and would hire him again.

I cannot recommend Restoration Tile and Grout. They came to clean up the tile and grout and replace a show shelf at my home. The technicians did a terrible jobs. I will explain all the issues I had. The good news is Nick the manager of the company came back and fixed all the issues. The bad news it took him three hours since there was so many issue. When you hire a professional service to do work around your house you expect it to be right. You pay good money for these guys and the technicians that came to my house were not skilled. They lacked professionalism and a pride in their workmanship. If you hire them make sure you check their work closely when the job is done. 1. They did some grout replacement in my bathroom and used a premixed sand based grout and it did not match at all. Sand based grout is NOT smooth, it is very rough and textured. 2. They did not place the PFocus epoxy sealer in all the grout lines. They missed a lot 3. They got the PFocus epoxy all over the tile and I mean all over. Nick had to sand off the epoxy and after I left I found many more spots. Very sloppy workmanship. 4. I noticed that they did a terrible job of clearing off the soap scum in the shower. I don't believe the crew used the tile cleaning product in the show. This was probably the most important place to have cleaned the tile. I noticed this after Nick left trying to fix the first set of problems so I just cleaned it up myself. 5. The shower shelf was install un-level. It was pitched toward the shower wall so the water would puddle on the shelf. I noticed this in time so the technician could fix it before the thin-set hardened. 6. As mentioned in another review they created a lot of dust that went all over the bathroom and bedroom. They covered nothing and they should have warned me that they would create so much dust. 7. The ended up replacing some tiles they knocked off by accident and they were very poorly installed. Nick had to remove them and reset them correctly.

This contractor was very inexperienced! Did not protect my house, I had to have the everything cleaned in 3 rooms including wall washing and furniture. They left me with marked and cracked tiles that were not there when they started. To make matters worse they were $9.00 more an hour than another group. I regret that I didn't have the tile removed and replaced instead of re-grouting on their word .

If I could give more stars I would. Nick was extremely professional, honest and right on time when he came out for the quote for two of our bathrooms. Chuck did a fantastic job grouting and caulking our bathrooms. We have white tile and our bathrooms look brand new. He was punctual and worked hard. I would highly recommend this company.

When Nick came out to give us an estimate, he seemed very genuine and knowledgeable. Then, Nick and Brad showed up at the time they were scheduled. That was a big plus since we have had major issues with our current contractor not showing up when we were told. Not only were they friendly and professional, they were very patient with me while trying to confirm a new grout color. The work looks great, and I'm very pleased the quality.
