Bilbrey Construction

We had the best experience with Bilbrey construction. Tim was very up front and fair about the cost and the timing of the project and we could really tell that he cared about the results of the work that was going to be done. We had a big project for them to fix our floors and they exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough nice things about the quality of work and professionalism to give them credit for how outstanding of a job they did. I would recommend them as your first call for the next repair or improvement on your home.

Tim was great. He knew my name and used it several times. He found a wet spot on the subfloor next to the patio door and checked the outside door for us. He even went as far as recaulking the door to see if that would fix the problem, at no extra cost. The guys were all friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

They were very fast, professional and reasonable. Only disappointment was they were so good that I asked them to quote the replacement of my old siding, but never heard back from them.

I had been having such a hard time finding a contractor that would actually answer the phone. I was a little apprehensive about using HomeAdvisor, but they linked me with Bilbrey Construction and the job was done in less than 24 hours. Tim was patient with me over the phone, very polite and mindful of my crazy work schedule. I look forward to working with Tim on future projects (I have a ton of them).

Tim was great. He contacted me right away and was out the next day. He was knowledgable on our issue and was able to have it fixed within about two hours of coming out.

Tim contacted me immediately and quoted me a price for the issue I told him that I had with my siding. He came to my house the following day with his assistant and resolved the problem. He also inspected the siding around the house and the garage & noticed that my exterior side door light was not secure. He took care of the issue by securely fastening the light fixture. I would hire him again..

Ryan knows his stuff. He probably saved me a $1,000. He was prompt, very efficient and quoted a price over the phone an kept to it. He knew what materials I needed and the correct size. I 've never met a contractor that up-front and honest, I would hire him again without hesitation and recommend him to friends.

Tim called me 5 minutes after I entered my request even though it was late in the evening. He looked at job the next day and had his crew fix it the following day in 5 degrees weather. I am extremely happy!
