 + -1 moreWe're going to use them because there's more critters coming to the house since we have wood sidings. They were really good. They're going to come back again. They had a different person come in at that time. He's no longer with the company. He was really good and really knowledgeable. He did a very good job. We also had woodpeckers pecking on our sidings. They put little hologram strips on the blind for woodpecker and it comes near the siding so that helps.
Description of Work: We had squirrels so they fogged them.

Description of Work: I hired CC about 2 years ago as we discovered bats in our attic. They were very sensitive to the fact that having bat's in one's house is unnerving, and arranged to come out quickly to assess the problem. The technician was very professional, and educated us on the problem. The initial "fix" was pretty expensive, but worth the peace of mind. Later, after we had our roof replaced, the bats returned. Despite my request to the contrary, the roofers had torn away the caulking. This invalidated my warranty with Critter Control, but they did give me a break on the price since some of the fixtures they installed were still in place. | |Overall, this company handles themselves very professionally. I would recommend them and would use them again.

 + 0 morenot real happy with the process. He said to give him a call if I needed help. didn't call didn't need a charge for house call that probably wouldn't produce any better results
Description of Work: came out to the house sold me two mole traps,showed me how to set them and where. Didn't trap any moles and had trouble resetting the traps due to arthritis in my wrists.

 + -1 moreI called Critter Control, as recommended by a friend, about a scratching noise in the chimney, assuming squirrel or some critter. That was Saturday morning around 11:00 am. Mike came out the next morning, by which time the scratching had stopped. He looked through the flue and then checked outside. He determined that it was likely a bird trapped between two pipes and that he could not remove the bird as it required removing siding. He suggested how it could be done. He did not charge me for the visit as he was unable to remove anything. The quoted cost seemed high, but it was not charged.
Description of Work: Critter Control responded to my request to come remove an animal that was inside my chimney. They used both email and cellphone to coordinate timing at my house. Mike came the next morning (Sunday), and he examined the flue. He indicated that there was no animal still in the flue and the likely culprit is a starling that became trapped between the 8" and 10" pipes. He could not remove the bird, but suggested steps to take.

 + 0 moreThey caught the skunk, but they couldn't really do any follow up work like I wanted. I wanted something put in to where the skunk couldn't get through the porch. They advised me to fill it with dirt.
