They did a fantastic job by cutting out a bad spot on our carpet and replacing it. You cannot see a seam. I would definitely use them again!

The owner took a lot of time talking to me about the chemistry of upholstery cleaning - explaining why it would work for one set of furniture, but not with another...I appreciate the honesty about not spending the extra on microfiber. My furniture looks new!! It is still expensive, but I would say worth it. Highly recommended.

The owner himself did my carpet cleaning. He is very good at what he does and had a great attitude ! He explains the process as he goes! And the outcome was great

They responded to my online request astonishingly fast. I had not even clicked out of the page and they were calling. The only draw back is they were a bit more expensive doing the carpet cleaning than some other companies I have used. They did a great job on the carpet repair work and were competitive in that area. The main reason I hired them is because they could do both the cleaning and the repair work I needed done. Which made it easier because instead of having to call and schedule two companies I only needed to hire one. I would hire them again.

Contractors need to reply as fast as possible. Nice N Clean called right away...within 10 minutes, and no one else did.

Charles was the best of the best. He is a pro supreme. He knows cleaning inside out and loves what he does. I learned about how best to care for carpeting and am better for it. He is pleasant and honest. I would recommend Charles to any and everyone. The cost was more than I expected but the service and value is the worth it. You get what you pay for and with Charles and Nice and Clean you get the best!
