They came in and found the problem and advised other company did not put it on correctly. They epoxy a crack and found they did not have to replace drywall as well. The problem was solved. I give Bill all A's.

Very good work by Bill and his partner. We needed a complete new water filter system and we consulted with Bill. He was responsive to my call, got back to me in a timely fashion, came over on the day and time agreed upon and did the work to our satisfaction. Can't ask for anything more. Very professional. No dilly-dallying around, chit chat. Right to work. Prices seemed reasonable and in line. Right now Bill is our man for plumbing.

Jobs were done quickly and the work was fine. The price was fair. They came when I needed them!

Bill was terrific!! I will not use any other plumber. We called him at 8 pm to come out and help us turn off the hot water to the tub as the faucet unit was shot and he came right out, never charged us a house call and then ordered the unit and put it in for LESS than he quoted us! Bill is great!

It went very well. Bill was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. Fortunately it was not an emergency, but I have confidence that, if it were, the service would have been more than satisfactory. I would recommend Bill Knapp and Parallel Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.

Parallel Plumbing is one of our favorite contractors for our 3 year renovation process on our Torch Lake fixer upper. They did an excellent job and were very accommodating to our somewhat unpredictable scheduling. We were able to purchase most of our high end materials online (Grohe, Bain Ultra, Mr. Steam) and they were happy to install them. We found them very reliable and their work was high quality. Kind of miss having them around now that the house is done!

On time, on budget, very good work. Changes in the original plan were not a problem.
