Southern Comfort Heating and Cooling did an awesome job helping on 2 different projects. The first project was helping with my heater, installing a factory recall. They were efficient with the job and communication was great. The second job was a water heater replacement. Again with this project communication was great throughout the project. They made the replacement quick and easy. They are easy to work with and do great work. I highly recommend Southern Heating and Cooling.

I couldn't be more happier with the service we received. I've worked with many contractors over the years but have never had one more responsive and timely than Javon. He came out the same day and submitted a quote. He spent a lot time explaining our different options, what our current furnace can/can't do, what the newer models would offer. I never felt rushed or pressured into a specific make or model. Javon was extremely knowledgeable and and was flexible with us on install dates and costs. Javon was quick to reply on calls, texts and emails. I've been turned off by contractors in the past due to lack of communication and lax follow up...but not here. I would routinely get return calls/texts back within 5/10 min. He even assisted in the rebate forms! Always showed up when he said he would. I've been recommending Southern Comfort to as many people as I can, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
