This company gives an honest and accurate estimate. They are punctual, efficient and very professional. They got right to work and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up and there was no debris left behind. My home was remediated and all signs of mold were removed. They provided a certificate of completion with a guarantee of their work. I had previously hired another company that left my home in a mess with mold left behind, lack of completion, arrived late on a regular basis and dragged the remediation out over a month. A true nightmare! Enviro-Decon saved the day and brought my home back to a healthy environment!

Great. Fast and worked out a perfect time while selling our home.

Was selling our house and during inspection mold was found in our attic. Got a referral from a neighbor for enviro decon. They came out and did the work. After I returned home I found brown stains in every room upstairs. They used too much product and it ended up leaking and staining the ceiling. It even dropped through onto the carpet in one room leaving it discolored. I was very upset as we had an open house scheduled for the following day. They did come back and sprayed touch up ceiling paint and patching the carpet that was stained. Luckily I still sold the house but was not happy with the touch up spray painting. The buyer did not notice it thankfully.

I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the inspector was that did the initial assessment. He took the time and patience to answer all our questions. We didn't know where the mold was growing in the basement, but he was able to pinpoint the location. The work quote was thorough and addressed not only the mold, but recommended what else needed to be done to take care of the water issue causing the mold. The remediation work was done quickly, the guys who did the job were friendly, and they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. The office staff even followed up with me after the job to make sure we were pleased with the work. Yes, absolutely! We were pleased!

The providor did not honor the terms of the contract and the may be reason to believe the providor was targeting our home for a future burglary. The following is a copy of the complaint filed with the BBB. Hh

As promised, I received a detailed quote as well as a follow up call to be sure I had no further questions. We decided not to do the remediation at this time, but would feel comfortable hiring this company to address any further mold concerns.

It was not a very good experience. They informed us that they would take three weeks to complete the job from start to finish. We were getting ready to have a baby and appointed them six weeks prior to when the baby was supposed to be born. They did not finish the work until the baby was until the baby was 3-4 weeks old which was not good. They words for hours and did a shady job; we don’t think they took care of the problem. They did not put the house back together the way it was before they started. We don’t have anything to compare their prices with but we do feel that they charged us too much. We think they took advantage of us.
