Purchased Groupon, 1/2015, expiring 3/2015. Made dozens of calls, through 5/15, to schedule cleaning. They were unreturned. Groupon of no help. 1/2017, received call for 'routine scheduling' of my carpets. Discussed problem with owner, Rick, who scheduled an appointment to honor Groupon. No one showed up at the scheduled time. Made 3 more calls; all unreturned.

CleanCore Services called to make an appointment. The date was set for March 4, 2014. Or so I thought. I had the two rooms to be cleaned cleared of furniture. No one showed up. I called the office and no one answered. I foolishly assumed they had scheduled the cleaning for April 4th, not March 4th. No one showed up on April 4th either. I called two different numbers for the business to discuss the services. One was disconnected and no answer on theother number. I made payment directly to Angie"s list. I have called Angie's list for my refund of $79.00 and I'm still waiting for them to reimburse me too.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They were able to complete the work quickly within less than an hour. The work was done okay and there were no troubles.

Last year, we purchased a Groupon, Cleancore came out, on time, and did a fine job. This year, in January 2014, I purchased the same Cleancore Services Groupon for a five room carpet cleaning. A month ago (after a few rounds of phone tag), I scheduled a cleaning for today, 4/28/14 at 9:30am. It is now 2pm, and they have not shown up or called. I have called the phone number given 4 times (on the hour, for every passing hour they missed the appointment), and left 2 messages in hopes of speaking to someone at their office. Also, FYI, The phone number listed on the Groupon Voucher is: 616-589-9512. It rings a few times and goes to voicemail. The outgoing message does say I've reached Cleancore Services, so I think Angie's list might have an outdated number. I will update this review and report how Groupon and Cleancore Services respond to their failure to provide services paid for. Update-4/30/2014-- I still haven't heard from Cleancore Services regarding their no show/no call missed carpet cleaning appointment with us. I placed another follow up phone call to Cleancore yesterday to inform them of my Angie's List review of their business and my overall disappointment. However, I did e-mail Groupon, and they have refunded my Cleancore Services Groupon with apologies. I now have $109 Groupon Bucks to spend at more reputable companies.

My experience with them was not wonderful. There is nothing particularly wrong, but they were not able to get it as clean as the previous cleaner had. They also left it very wet. It took a lot longer to dry than what they were telling me it would. There were no additional charges to the $79 Big Deal that I purchased. It was a good price just by itself but not relative to what they did. They were good in responding. They were here when they said they would. I think one guy was real professional. The other did not seem to know much. They both behaved well in terms of behaving professionally.

The new guy is Keith Kittinger of Hometown Carpet Care in Wyoming, MI. He was wonderful! Called me before the scheduled appointment time to advise me he was on his way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. My carpets look great! I am very very pleased with Hometown Carpet Care and will write a good review for them. But FORGET Cleancore Services. If they are even still in business.

They were suppose to contact me back but they never did. I reached out to them several times. There phone was disconnected.

The carpets and stairs looked great. The couch and love seat did not turn out as well but I believe that can be blamed on the destruction my 3 kids have wrought , not the skill of the cleaning company.

It was a bit difficult communicating to schedule the cleaning...we played phone tag for a while. Once it was scheduled, they were on time and did a good job!

This was an Angie's List deal that I paid $79.00 for. I tried to schedule an appointment online and was unable to do so. Received and email stating that they would get back to me in a timely manner, it was not a timely manner. They were 20minutes late to the scheduled appointment.I was expecting it to look better and smell fresh and clean. The deal was for $79 and they charged an extra $11.00 due to square footage overage? I've had the bigger companies clean it in the past and it looked better and smelled fresher.

I was prepared to purchase Cleancore's $99 carpet cleaning deal on Angie's List. After reading some of the negative review's, I decided to call for an appointment before buying the deal - glad I did! I called Thursday evening, 1/30/14. We are getting new furniture delivered on 2/6 and wanted the carpet cleaned before it was delivered.It is now Wednesday evening, 2/05/14, and I have not heard from Cleancore - very similar to some of the other complaints. Meanwhile, I called Cascade Carpet Cleaners, and they did the job yesterday.

It took an email and 2 voice mails to get a person to call me to schedule. Unable to do the work because they didn't have enough hose. Received promise to call to reschedule immediately for ASAP. Didn't receive a call. Had to make the call myself after 3 days. Received no acknowledgment or apologize. Was not offered the soonest available time without pressing for it. The work was done with a portable machine which gouged the stairway wall.

My carpet is ivory & stains very easily. It was in pretty bad shape when I saw Cleancore's ad on Angies List. I have always used a well known expensive company but thought I'd try Cleancore because the price was so reasonable. It was a very good decision because they were terrific & did a super excellent job. My carpet (25 yrs old) has never looked so good. They also cleaned my beige sofa & love seat. I liked them so much they will be back to do the carpet on my lower level.

Scheduling was not great with this company. When I originally purchased the deal, I was scheduled out about 4 weeks. I was hoping for something sooner, but whatever. I was scheduled for them to arrive between 4 - 4:30 on 10/29. I received a call between 3 - 4 that they were running late and would not be there until about 6:00. I called the office to reschedule as I had plans that evening. Even though it was not yet 4:30, nobody answered the phone. I left a message but nobody got back to me that day. After not hearing back from them, I called back at 11:45 the next day (10/30), and receiving the machine, left another message. I finally received a call back at 3:47 the afternoon of 10/30. We were able to schedule for Monday, 11/4 @ 5:30. | |On Monday 11/4, Eric actually showed up early. He was very apologetic about not making the previous appointment. He came in, I showed him the areas that needed cleaning, and he was very thorough in explaining the process. He said that the entire service would take about 45 minutes. | |45 Minutes later, they were done and my carpet looked great! Eric again apologized for the previous inconvenience. Over the entire visit, he was very professional and very friendly. I am very satisfied with the appearance of my carpet as I had some pretty bad issue areas. | |As far as value goes? I bought the Angie's list deal thinking I was getting a good deal. And don't get me wrong, $79 for the work they did is very fair. The only thing is, when they were done, Eric gave me a refrigerator magnet for a deal that was good for the next year. It was the exact same price I had paid for the Angie's list deal...$79 for 4 rooms.

They cleaned & deodorized carpet on two stairways, hall and living/dining rooms.

I purchased carpet cleaning services for a new home which I would close on in the coming months. I let them know this in my initial order and the response back(through Angie's List) stated to contact them when I was ready to schedule. I have since tried to call them multiple times during normal business hours but only reach a voicemail, never a real person. I never receive a callback.

They gave a reminder call, they were on time. They were smiling almost the whole time which put me and my doggies at ease! They explained everything they were going to do before they began, then when they finished they explained how it all went and any trouble areas I may need to keep an eye on. The carpets are old and very well lived on, and they looked and smelled terrific! I would highly recommend them especially because they clean the carpets the right way, by pre treating with a solvent and then rinsing/extracting the dirt and solvent. Never go to a place that doesn't rinse the soap out!

It went very well. They arrived 1/2 late, but got right to work.

Still waiting resolution. If they didn't want to honor the deal, I even asked they call and tell me that. No response. Useless! Very poor business practice if they don't intend to honor their offering.

It had been at least 3 years since our carpets had been cleaned other than vacuuming and spot treatments for stains. The carpets were all neutral colors. The sales people were pleasant and helpful on the phone. It did have to be scheduled a number of weeks in advance, but I'm unsure if it was because it was a deal or if they are booked out quite a ways. There was a reminder call the night before the visit confirming the time. Torrey and Eric arrived on time. My wife noted they were very personable and very efficient. She was happy with how they explained what they were doing. They were able to pretty much remove all of the noticeable stains from our carpets. A couple of the worst stains are still present, though I'm not sure they are that noticeable if I wasn't looking for them and the carpets look much nicer. It is about 14 hours post cleaning and the main areas of the house seem dry, though the stairs and basement are still a little damp.
