If you want a company that will give you the run around and have employees with no integrity to follow through with what they say they will do, this is the one for you. The business card has three names on it; John, Jim, and Mark. I was referred to Mark (the Tech. Associate) by a co-worker who was a general contractor in the past. I called Mark and set up an appointment to come and take a look at the project. He was a no call no show. Called him back a few days later and he gave me the excuse he lost my number and address. He finally came out a 1 1/2 weeks later and looked at the job. He said "I'll have you estimate tomorrow". Four days later I called Mark and he said I called and left a message. I'll get it to you tonight. Have several calls and texts I still didn't get the quote. I then called Jim (the sales associate) and explained Mark had already been out and all I need is a quote. Jim said he would get the quote from Mark and call me in the next 1-2 days. Called him back five days later got the excuse everyone has been really busy and can't remember to get the quote "but Mark had a short day today and I'll get the quote from him". That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from him. I'd rather have a company say they are to busy this fall to do the work than keep wasting my time telling me they are going to do something that they obviously don't intend to do.
