Protected Access is a great local security company. They handle my monthly alarm monitoring and also hung a 60' flat screen TV on the wall and added two sets of in-wall stereo speakers. Fast, reliable, and honest, they are the only company I could trust with my family's security.

Description of Work: We have an alarm system and monitoring through PASS. We also have the Sonos system with speakers in 2 rooms. Everything works great and the process was very smooth. Ryan was fantastic to work with and gave us great advice along the way!

The customer service department is always there and very friendly. The service has never failed us and we do in fact feel very safe with them watching us. I wouldn t have trouble recommending them to anyone out there.
Description of Work: This company monitors my 2600 square foot home 24 hours a day as part of a monthly service contract. They cover all my windows, doors and garage. They also cover my smoke alarm and co2 alarm needs.

EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FINE. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND RELIABLE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY. I THINK THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE TO HAVE THEM INSTALL THE SYSTEM.

WHILE OUR "BASIC SECURITY SYSTEM" PRICING MAY BE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN SOME OF THE NATIONAL COMPANIES, OUR MONTHLY EMERGENCY SERVICE FEES ARE ALWAYS GOING TO BE CONSIDERABLY LOWER, CAUSING THE LONG TERM EXPENSE OF MONITORING SERVICE TO BE LESS.
