+ -1 moreBefore using Ace, we used the big nationally recognized brand... multiple episodes of squirrels returning. We then shopped around and Kerry of ACE came recommended by another firm that only did big animals. He's very thorough and evidence based.. he sends pictures of everything he's found. He crawled to places that it didn't seem possible were open.. and they were open. He gives a thorough written and verbal account of what's going on, and does the necessary work. Explains the timetables needed when bats are involved.
Description of Work: Recurring noises in the attic. Evidence of squirrels and bats. Also we wanted a chimney cap for swallows. Based on Kerry's findings, we needed bat & squirrel remediation (one way door till they leave), filling foundation holes and fixing chase where bats were getting through

+ -1 moreTraps were set up and caught squirrels and enter points on roof were sealed off. Only wish they had some discounts/coupons for service but Kerry did an excellent job of removing the squirrels.
Description of Work: Issue were squirrels in the attic. Kerry Streng was excellent in reviewing issue and resolving issue.
