Carl was excellent to work with. I originally contacted him only in regards to cleaning the chimney and installing a new damper, and then learned that he could also pressure wash and repair our field stone walls and walkway. Everyone who has seen the house since he worked on it has commented on how fantastic the stonework looks, thanks to Carl's work.

This experience is proof that great people know great people! Carl was not able to do the work personally because, as is typically the case, the great ones in any craft are difficult to get a hold of; his schedule was fully booked for the remainder of the year. His wife provided me with suggestions for getting through the winter as well as checking with others that were capable and reliable that Carl would be comfortable referring me to. They referred me to Kevin Lupo, who did an outstanding job. Everything worked out as expected. I explained my expectations in terms of protecting the roof and making sure that no debris or residual materials were left on the roof. Kevin and I agreed on a price range, and we scheduled the work. In that, Kevin was very flexible allowing for my work schedule so I was able to be there while he was working. Kevin and his assistant were there and working without any need for supervision on my part -- which was good because I needed to be working while I was there. And they were done on time as expected. This goes to demonstrate the high-caliber character and work ethic of Carl, at Advanced Quality Chimney. Once again, great people know great people and the fact that Carl referred me to Kevin proves that point. I am 100% certain that I would have been taken care of just as well or better (if that's even possible!) if Carl had been able to do the work himself. I would refer anyone to Carl (or Kevin) at anytime for chimney work.
