Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Zimmerman. They hooked up a faucet, dishwasher, and garbage disposal for kitchen renovation. They were great - efficient, nice, and willing to drive further than their service area. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: We got some issues setting up the appointment, did not hear back for a while, contacted them and once contacted they were prompt to respond and do the inspection. I did not get a report from them and they came at a different date so I had no chance to talk to them.

Description of Work: Toilet would not fully flush. Called on Friday night to arrange Saturday service. John was on time, professional and helped me understand my issue. He also fixed the problem Highly recommend them for all you emergency and general maintenance needs.

Description of Work: We started using Zimmerman 15 years ago. After being told the boiler in our old home needed to be replaced by two different companies, we call them for a quote on a new bolier. They looked at it said it was fine. They did not try to sell us a $5000 boiler we didn't need. The boiler was still working when we moved out 13 years later. We have them do all of our plumbing (and boiler needs when we had one) needs. They are Honest and Excellent.
